    Overall I give this property a 3/5. Poor communication from both VRBO and the property manager. We had issues getting into the property. Upon arrival we could not get into the lock box to retrieve the key. After multiple failed attempts we contacted the property manager. Since there was no cell service up there we had to drive down the mountain to get in touch w the manager. After communicating with him we learned that the lock box directly underneath the door was the incorrect lock box and that the correct lock box was located elsewhere. Extremely confusing. After driving back up the mountain we were able to get in roughly 2 hours later than when we arrived after a long drive. The house itself was nice. Clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the bathroom trash cans were not lined so we had to dispose of our trash in the kitchen. The check out process was not quite as awful but we could not locate the bin outside where we needed to dispose our trash. I texted the manager to which we never got a response. We ended up taking our trash with us and disposing off property at one of the local gas stations. I do not think the stay was worth the price given the poor instructions upon check in and check out. There was also a considerable amount of work required prior to check out which was at 10am. The unit itself was beautiful, no issues there - but communication was very poor. I come to this area all of the time and would not consider staying here again.
