Plunge right into the lap of luxury at this Palmilla Beach Resort paradise. Situated in the heart of the resort, this tranquil retreat offers convenient central access to one of the two on-site pools which are heated comfortably during our winter months, fishing pond, Par-3 golf course, and beachboardwalk. The townhome's three-story floor plan has plenty of room for all your guests and the space comes fully decked out with modern decor, new furnishings, and high-end appliances.

A private bedroom and a full bathroom occupy the first floor. The second floor is dedicated to household living with features including an open layout, a gleaming full kitchen, comfortable sofa seating, and a large smart TV. The covered balcony is furnished for breezy outdoor leisure. Another bedroom and full bathroom can also be found on this floor. The primary suite, a guest room, and a children's bunk room are located on the third floor. The primary suite and bunk room each include access to a covered balcony. The guest room includes a desk for remote working convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    We enjoyed our stay, however we had an issue with the bedroom ceiling fans lights turning on 3 or 4 times each night.

    The house is fantastic. The problem is it is the last house at the end of an alley. People kept parking at the very end to where we could not get in and out. IF we could get out, we were unable to get back in (and vice versa). I lost count the number of times we had to seek assistance from Vacasa in getting people to move so we could get out of the garage. Vacasa was very responsive, but most people ignored the notes they left. They need to put a sign up that says NO PARKING as opposed to DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAYS because the driveway is almost if not impossible to get out of the garage if people are parked there. Again, LOVED the house. We just wouldn’t stay there again if the parking isn’t resolved.

    This house was amazing! The location was perfect- right across from the pool, close to guest services. The inside was beautiful. Plenty big for 3 families! Beds were super comfy. The kids loved the bunk beds and toys that were provided. Parking was easy- 2 spots in a carport and plenty of close parking on the street. The kitchen needed a few amenities, but overall was delightful. We would definitely be back and book again!
