Renovated Row Home in the heart of Downtown Annapolis.Two blocks to everything

Great place right downtown! Incredibly quiet for the proximity to so many places. House was spotless and beds comfortable. Parking wasn’t too clear but we learned later that you have to pay during daytime hours and it’s free after 8:30pm. Will will also direct you to a parking garage close if there’s no street parking.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in the best location! We could walk everywhere we wanted in town. The ONLY downfall is there is only 2hr parking in front of house so just unload and go park in the garage near St. John’s college or off Main Street. It’s a quick walk.

The perfect place to spend the day exploring all Annapolis has to offer. Within walking distance to all of downtown Annapolis nestled in a cute neighborhood. The home was well appointed, beds were amazingly comfortable and the home was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Annapolis.

Host was extremely helpful and accommodating, beds were very comfortable, the space was perfect for our family during our trip and the location is PHENOMENAL. We were there for my USNA class reunion and the location could not be beat for easy access to the Naval Academy and all of my class events scheduled for the weekend. The kitchen was well equipped but we wound up not cooking as planned during our stay. Would absolutely stay again.

This house is beautiful and so convenient to everything. We arrived by boat and the house is about 2 blocks from the city dock. It's close to shops and restaurants.House was very clean. It's a neat old house. Very comfortable

We had a great time and the house was perfect for what we needed for our quick weekend trip. In town and able to walk everywhere. Place was clean and owner responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We love the location. It was a very comfortable home. Wanted to visit the historic Annapolis as one of our annual girls trips. We are all in our 60s and have known each other since Grade school. We tried to make a trip twice a year and this was definitely one of our best.

My husband, myself, my sister and her husband came to Annapolis to celebrate the wedding, at the Naval Academy, of the daughter of our dear friends. We attended the rehearsal dinner at The Severn Inn on Friday and the wedding on Saturday at the Naval Academy Chapel with reception at The Naval Academy club. A great time was had by all. The location of the home we stayed in was two blocks from gate 1 making it so convenient to get to the places we needed to go. Had coffee and bagels at Bitty and Beau’s coffee shop near the city dock that is walking distance from where we stayed. Our three story row home was perfect in every way! Beautifully appointed, perfectly decorated, fabulous linens and super comfy beds. Everything you need for a spectacle weekend!

Beautiful historic downtown location. Easy walk to everything. Cleane wonderful, it's historic building. And our host was absolutely it's terrific.

We were in town for some fun on the water and a visit to the Naval Academy. We were able to park the car for the weekend and walk everything, great location. The house is very nice, a lot of space for the 4 of us. We look forward to visiting again for football season!

This property is perfect for a weekend getaway. The location is unbeatable, and the house is amazing! Clean, well-appointed and beautiful. The property manager was also wonderful to work with. You won't be disappointed.

The house was very clean and super comfortable. We didn’t cook anything during our stay but the kitchen looked well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The location was awesome. Very short walk to downtown and just steps to the Naval Academy visitors entrance. We very much enjoyed our stayed!

We were in Annapolis for a wedding. The house was super clean, amazing location - right by naval academy and tons of great shops and restaurants! Loved the coffee maker and beds were comfy! The host was super responsive and answered all questions I had. Would stay here again! There are a bunch of stairs, so this house isn’t for you if you can’t climb stairs. Fine stars!!

The location was perfect! A short walk to the harbor and downtown, as well as the Naval Academy. The house is well appointed and very comfortable and I loved the patio out back. Our host was very hospitable and quick with responses. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier… thank you Will!!

We came for the sail show in town this week. The home is in a great location to walk to City Dock and get around. Inside it is exactly as described in terms of furniture and layout. It was perfect in that way. But, when we arrived at the door we could smell something and when we walked in we could still smell it. We think it was old cigarette smoke that's in the walls since it's listed as a smoke free property. Unfortunately we are having to wash all our clothes and things we brought since they absorbed the odors and don't smell good now. We also never got any check in information from the host and had to call VRBO the day before check in. They were able to reach him and he called us with a check in code for the door. We never got any additional check in or check out instructions. He said he doesn't give check in codes until the people renting the house have left. We rent a lot of homes and have always received the code days in advance along with check in and check out info. We did have a small issue with the batteries being dead in the thermostat so we couldn't get heat. We called in the morning and it was fixed that day which was very nice. Overall we loved the home except for the smell which will keep us from coming back next year.

Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend here. The property was exactly as advertised with ample betting and amenities. The host was extremely easy to work with and always responded promptly. Highly recommend to all.

Comfortable and convenient place near St John’s College and Naval Academy. Exactly as depicted in website and many nice touches. Only thing to note for particular sleepers is no blackout curtains and soft mattresses and firm pillows.
