Renovated ranch home, 10 mins from Lee University-25 mins to Chattanooga Airport

Never received a email as how to enter the house. Called the property phone number and they sounded like they didn't know we were coming. Then proceeded to tell us check in wasn't till 6pm when the original itenarary sent to us upon booking a few months ago said 4pm. They then asked if we could give them 30nmin because the bed sheets needed changed. The microwave didn't work, no toaster, and no strainer to drain noodles. There were earwig bugs in the house. You could tell they put money into the house and it looks great but it doesn't seem like a well managed property

Property was very clean and roomy. There were squirrels and rabbits playing in the yard. There were a few hiccups. Clothes dryer did not work well. Microwave did not heat. There were quite a few bugs/ pests the home. Back yard could use some lawn chairs and a fire pit.

Newly remodeled, very clean and cozy in a quiet neighborhood close to a grocery store was perfect for our family while we were in town for a wedding. Fenced in backyard would be perfect for young kids to play. Six adults had plenty of room to relax and share the amenities. We enjoyed fresh coffee and meals we prepared in the kitchen.

The property was clean and inviting. There were no neighborhood issues, either. Everything worked! Pesky earwigs, although harmless, was the only irritant.

The house was great updated showers were great huge backyard for our dogs to play. The house were great with communication. Pretty close to anything that you need about a half hour to Chattanooga very convenient for what we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beds squeaked ridiculously! You could not move without them squeaking. Very annoying! Microwave tray was not clean neither was the air fryer or the coffee pot. Disappointed with the TV programming. Unfortunately couldn’t watch without a subscription. No TV instructions . Well satisfied with the home overall. Would stay again if the changes were performed.

Big yard, clean, well stocked. Fire pit or grill would be great in the backyard. Plenty of parking.

Convenient location. Just a few miles from the interstate. Quiet and low/minimal traffic neighborhood.

We will stay again!!! The house was beautiful and a perfect set up for a girls weekend!

Everything was well kept, very comfortable and perfectly placed within the nearby town. Neighbors were cordial and quiet.

We have stayed here multiple times. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The openness of the kitchen and living space is wonderful. The fenced in backyard to great too.

The property was very nice, peaceful neighborhood. Fenced backyard for the fur babies was nice. We have family only a short distance away will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with a great back yard. Has plenty of room and open space. Also, has an amazing sunken living room/den area. Very clean and has lots of supplies. Chris is easy to communicate with. Definitely will be back.

The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. It was convenient to grocery and shopping. Highly recommended!

This newly refreshed home was perfect for our stay. Importantly, it was as advertised and very clean. The practically new linens, towels and blankets, comfortable beds and pillows and nice furniture throughout made it feel like home. A quiet and well-maintained neighborhood provided a great place to relax and feel at home. We would definitely stay again.

The house is nicely appointed and everything was operational. It is tucked into a neighborhood with little highway noise and very close necessities (gas station, grocery). The yard gets extra points from the dogs - huge, and the neighbor dog was civilized. While we would have appreciated some cheat sheets (microwave, tv), we figured everything out. The host is very responsive!

Super clean house with modern updates. We especially enjoyed the split level area that I believe was a carport/garage that had been converted to a den. It was cozy and the perfect place to watch movies and football games.Chris made us aware of an issue before our trip and we worked that out. Communication with him was excellent.We stayed with our small dog and the fenced in backyard was a plus. We had a great time in Cleveland and would definitely stay here again.Charles

We were in Cleveland for a church conference. The location of the property was closely accessible to the conference. Also the house had everything needed. It was comfortable and clean. Will definitely try for the house again when visiting Cleveland.

The house was completely remodeled, everything was modern and well dine. The property is in a quiet neighborhood close to I75 and many restaurants. Would stay again.

We were in town from FL. for our son’s wedding at Howe Farms. We booked this place on VRBO and were so glad we did. Very clean, spacious, and convenient to town. Owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here for 12 days while working in the area. Was a perfect spot for resting in the evenings.

This property was clean, comfortable and close to everything. The house is nicely renovated and stocked with all the essentials for your stay. Fully and securely fenced yard was perfect for our dog and toddler. We were house hunting in the area and this VRBO was the perfect home away from home for the week for our family of 5!

The property was beautifully remodeled. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Was fun being able to have my pup with us on vacation and she loved the big fenced in back yard. We enjoyed this property a lot and would stay again.

This property was amazing and worked so well for our visit to the area. We stayed during the Thanksgiving week and it allowed to have some great family hang out time. We enjoyed this beautiful ranch style house that has been renovated. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. We loved sitting in the living room with the electric fireplace on. My husband loved watching TV in the den. We will be back in the future.

Check in was a nightmare. The code did not work. The host did not respond for an hour and a half. We contacted Vrbo. They were no help, either. They could not contact the host. We were told they could not do anything and suggested we find another place. We left and had to go to a hotel.

Very responsive host! He house was clean and perfect for our family/trip. The layout is really open and the bedrooms have great space & ideal furniture in each room. Every room had a TV, kitchen had every utensil and appliance needed! Very clean too!! We’ll be back again!
