I wish there had been a hot tub which was advertised. We drove from Mena Arkansas and was in need of hot tub. That was one of the main reasons we chose that place. However everything else was great!

Allen was very nice and helpful! The property is beautiful and peaceful! We really enjoyed our stay!

Wow, where do I even begin. This was hands down the best vacation rental experience I’ve ever had. Alan and his family were some of the kindest people I have ever met in my life. They went above and beyond what we could have ever expected and we cannot wait to make another trip up the Cleveland just to stay at their property. They were very thorough on how everything worked and directions on how to use all of the extra goodies they have available! The guesthouse was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We ended up having plans fall through for our last night stay and Alan allowed us to stay an extra night with barely any notice at all! I would say one really big things that I loved about this property was the fact that they had a security system, including motion sensors for when you are out. It made me feel so much safer! All around, this was such an amazing stay for my family and I, I couldn’t be more grateful for their hospitality! Keep up the amazing work!

The owners set the bar for a great experience. If there was a definition of what going above and beyond represented. They would definitely be that definition, I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and courtesy. The only bad thing I would have to say, is I'm upset that I couldn't extend my stay a little longer. There may be a lot of places to choose from as far as locations and places to stay. However I'd be willing to say that you won't find a better experience than what these people make sure you have. I had everything I needed staying here and the check in/check out process was very easy. I travel to this area for work frequently throughout the year, will definitely stay again!

A great place to stay that has everything you could need close to Lee University and everything Cleveland Tennessee has to offer. Very safe neighborhood tucked in close to many big stores and restaurants which was very convenient. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Would stay here again

What a great place to stay. Came to Cleveland to move my parents into assisted living and this was the perfect place to stay. Alan is a wonderful host and couldn’t have been more accommodating and welcoming. We will definitely be back to stay in the future.

Alan's guesthouse is very clean and comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac. Our cat runs and hides at the slightest noise, but he was not bothered at all in this house. We had family over and it was very easy to cook full meals and sit and eat together. The bed is so comfortable! Alan is a great host. He responds quickly and explains everything clearly prior to arrival. We appreciated the generous supply of coffee, snacks and drinks. When we had a minor issue with the power, Alan came over immediately. (Turned out to be user error - we accidentally flipped the switch on the surge protector).

We needed a place for an employee to stay with a service animal. This was perfect, and Alan was a fantastic host. Everything was better than described.

I will stay here again.

We attended a wedding at Howe Farms. We were a short drive away.

This guest house was perfect for our needs while visiting family in the area. It is very cozy and comfortable with everything you could need. The host, Alan, thinks of every detail and provides all the extra touches to make it a great stay. The location is perfect as you feel away from it all while still being in close proximity to shops and restaurants. We especially appreciate that the hosts allowed us to bring our fur babies. Thanks to the hosts for a wonderful stay. We will be back again!
