Renovated mountain home with great views - 2 Master Suites

Fabulous home! Beautiful views and a welcoming host made our time in Sky Valley so much fun. Close proximity to both Clayton and the Highlands gave us endless options for exploring. The game room was a big hit with both the teens and adults. We will be back!

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The home was beautiful, clean, and completely renovated - everything we needed was there, and it was so easy to just relax with our family and enjoy the wonderful views from the porches! We visited with our 3 young kids who had tons of fun playing in the basement and had plenty of room for themselves, and we were able to take them to the pool at the country club that was just minutes away! We went on hikes nearby and went into Highlands one day - it was so easy to get around and so close to so many great spots! Would absolutely love to come back!!

This home has all the comforts of home with a very well equipped kitchen and beautifully furnished with comfortable beds. Although the view was limited, the deck was very inviting. An added bonus was hearing the chapel bells ring out over the valley when out on the deck.When a few questions came up, the hosts were helpful and responded quickly.We found the temperature downstairs to be too cool and difficult to regulate. Also, the sound from the pressure pump in the laundry room was quite loud when trying to sleep downstairs.

My family had a great stay over Thanksgiving! The property was wonderful and felt like a home away from home. While the house itself feels away from all the hustle and bustle, there is so much to do in a 5-15 minute drive. We had a great stay and can’t wait to visit again!

Everything about this house is perfect - the house is absolutely perfect for a family with teens or two couples wanting some privacy but a shared experience. We loved Clayton and the surrounding towns. Olin was a great host and communicated marvelously!

Very comfortable home, 2 master suites is a definite plus

House is in a great location overlooking Sky Valley with two primary bedrooms. Decks overlooking beautiful scenery.

House and views were fantastic. Owner communication and flexibility was outstanding.

House and area very beautiful and quiet. 4 adults and 2 golden retrievers were very comfortable with room for more. Spacious open floor plan from kitchen to eating area and living room; able to talk with family while kitchen activities happening at same time. Plenty of room to move around. Great view from top deck, but would be nice to see more of the mountains; view somewhat hampered by gigantic oaks, but very beautiful trees, so good problem to have. 2nd deck down below allows easy entry to back yard for dogs. Very close to Sky Valley neighborhood, golf and mud creek falls. Other waterfalls , trails, and places to eat within a few miles. Host very available during entire stay; wife and I were able to text/call and received immediate responses. Tea kettle would have been nice for those of us that do not use conventional coffee makers (French press). Pot tops in cabinets a little dirty. Water pressure around house relatively weak; shower water required 3 to 5 min for water to warm up. Not a big deal, but patience required. Very pleased with overall experience; would recommend this place to anyone that needed to sleep 4 to 6 people + dogs.
