Renovated Lake Home as of 2021

The house was great! Very welcoming and comfortable and the host was great as well. I loved how clean the property was and how well it was designed.

Great place to stay for a relaxing week in the Poconos. We especially loved the proximity to Hickory Run/Boulder Field/Jim Thorpe, and the daily visits from several white tailed deer!

Great house, great location to stores and restaurants down the street. Had other family friends staying in nearby houses so the location was amazing was able to walk and hang out with others very easily. Overall beautiful house and very fun and very clean.

The home was very clean and cozy most importantly, the TVs were big Nice size televisions. Home is very relaxing. Very quiet. We loved it, and so did my dog

Had a great time celebrating our Daughter’s 6th birthday with the family. House is beautiful and very relaxing. Highlight of the weekend was definitely the shuffle board table, spent hours and hours playing. Host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back again, maybe in the warmer months.

Place was very relaxing and very clean. We had our 2 dogs with us, it was alot for our older dog with all the steps. Other than that Heather was great. The place had alot to do. Really only dislike was the beds were too firm. Fiancé and I had a great time and will be revisiting in the near future

We had an incredible time staying at this lake house! It is a beautiful property inside and out; the house was immaculate and the location could not have been more ideal. We have rented a number of properties around Lake Harmony, and this genuinely may be the best one we've been in!

Ours was a two week stay and like last year we had a wonderful time! Everything from check-in to checking out went smoothly. Heather is quick to get back to you if there is a question. WiFi access is good--my husband was able to work from the house without a problem. The house is quiet, nicely decorated and has pretty much everything you would need during your stay, including a canoe, kayaks and paddle boards. We loved the fact that it’s a short walk to several restaurants—and (unfortunately!) Hog Heaven Ice Cream. Looking forward to our next stay already!

The house looks beautiful. A lot of rooms for sleeping. Kids enjoyed playing either inside the house and outside on the snow. Dog friendly. Short distance to snow tubing . Perfect communication with The owners of property. Definitely coming back. I’d recommend this house to anyone.

This house is the nicest VRBO I have stayed in. There is plenty of room for 4 adults, 5 kids, and 1 german shepard. It was clean had everything we needed.

This home was very clean, extremely roomy and the location to Big Boulder is fantastic. It’s about a 3 minute drive to the slopes! There are plenty of restaurants nearby (walking distance, especially in the warmer months). We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here in this beautiful cabin felt home. It was so clean and well maintained and beautifully decorated. Our family spent Thanksgiving here and it was perfect. We highly recommend this home.

Heather & Bill's place is the perfect lake getaway house. Heather was very quick to answer any questions I had. Location is great. Short walk to nearby restaurants and the lake. The house has everything you need. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed for dinner, some rentals lack in this department. The teenagers kept busy with the table games and being outside. The downstairs was the perfect spot for them to hang out. House was very clean. I surprised my husband for his birthday with this getaway. We will consider this home again if we return to Lake Harmony. My daughters already asked to return :) Thank you Heather & Bill!!

First time using Vrbo couldn’t say how easy it was! The property that we rented was exactly what was stated, extremely clean, had everything that u needed to enjoy your stay. Very comfortable and welcoming. Location was great definitely walking distance to restaurants and gift shop. We really enjoyed feeding the deers they visited the property everyday. I would definitely rent again. Thank you!

The house was AMAZING! Everything was clean and perfect. The owners had everything that 5 moms could need in a kitchen!! The view of the lake from the front enclosed porch and the chairs on the steps up to the house was soo peaceful!! Our weekend was incredibly relaxing!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Beautiful property and great location! The house looked just like the photos and was within walking distance to the few restaurants at Lake Harmony. It's a short drive to Hickory Run which was nice, and the owner had a board full of restaurants, places to visit, etc. that we definitely took of advantage of for ideas (along with a basket full of brochures, magazines, etc. of things to do in the Poconos). It was the perfect place to come back to and relax in after a day of hiking and exploring. Added bonus was the family of deer that came by the house each morning and afternoon for a bit. We would definitely rent this house again!

Second time staying at this lovely property. Perfect girls’ weekend away in the Fall season to celebrate two birthdays. House is very clean and has a nice backyard area with deer who came by to visit for a bit. We’ll be back again!

We had an amazing vacation at this lovely Lake Harmony house. It is on the quiet side of the lake. A safe walk to restaurant and ice cream. Easy parking. You can see the lake from the porch and the little table in the front. We walked the canoe down to the lake for some time on the water. The house has a great layout where we had a lot of common space: large table, big sofas, wonderful backyard. The rooms were also great for private time. There is a bathroom on each floor with the half bath on the top floor. Lastly, the house and yard are beautifully decorated. We felt at home AND on vacation from the moment we walked in.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Lake Harmony with my parents, adult daughter and our two corgis. The house is a very short walk to not only the boat ramp, but to most restaurants in Lake Harmony. Enjoyed the live music at Nick’s on a number of nights! The street the house is on was nice to walk the dogs…not a lot of traffic. The house has been beautifully renovated and is quite comfortable. There are quite a few stairs to get to the main floor, both out front and through the garage/basement, so those who have mobility issues might have a tough time. We never felt on top of one another, there was enough room to spread out and do a puzzle, watch TV or read. The bedrooms are all separated to provide privacy or not hear the others snoring :) They all have AC and TVs. The kitchen is new and well stocked for those who like to prepare meals at home. Several nights we used the fire pit and did some stargazing. There was a Mama deer and her two fawns that would play amongst the trees and ferns behind the house. They were so cute! We did have a couple of hiccups with the AC (user error) and the internet (storms) but Heather was quick to respond to my questions. This was probably the best house we have rented in all the years we have been vacationing in the Poconos. Great house for families!
