Renovated Home in Heart of Bemus Point, Large Yard-Fire Pit- 3-4 Bedrooms

House was very nice…. We got there on a Tues… many things closed. Open Thurs-Monday. Host was very helpful!!!!!

Bet nice house. Lots of room to spread out plus a nice bonus room upstairs.

The house is in a great location. Everything that you can want was here. Clean and organized. We would come back again.

We had a great time at the blue house! Stayed for 4 nights with family and it was perfect. Walking distance to everything in Bemus point and the home fit us all well. We had everything we needed.

Very pleasant well maintained home with all the amenities of home. Tastefully decorated. Huge back yard that you can relax in and watch all the activity on the lake. Centrally located so that you can easily walk to all the highlights of Bemus Point.

Beautiful place. Perfect for our group of 10. Was pleasantly surprised when we discovered the half bath. Thought it was only 1. Love where we stayed. Quick ride to a wedding on East Lake Rd. Thank you for the use of your home!

7 friends stayed for a girls getaway weekend. The location was excellent and the house was fully equipped. We would definitely rent it again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay on this property. The house is absolutely adorable, clean and very spacious! We had a group of 6 ladies and we could couldn’t believe how convenient the location was to the waterfront and everything Bemus has to offer! Kitchen was perfect for preparing food and the fire pit was great for a fall evening. A special thank you to Lori for her excellent communication and thoughtfulness☺️

House was clean and well appointed. Very comfortable, and local to the main downtown areas for walking. Due to age of the house, the bath and bedroom arrangement was a little different - had to walk through the bathroom to get to one of the bedrooms. Backyard with firepit was super nice for hanging out.

This property was not refurbished as promised. Kitchen was very old, no dishwasher, old sink, limited counter use due to ants. Only one full bath, shower was so old it was permanently gray. Beds were very soft I think because they were old. Automatic locking device on door which we had never encountered before, and so we got locked out. Humiliating to be treated this way. Very steep steps going upstairs. Not for elders or people with knee issues. Probably ok if you have a lot of kids. Best thing was location in the center of town

We love Lake Chautauqua and this property is PERFECT for the way we like to play in the area. Bemus Point is amazing. The location of this house in town is so convenient. The property is clean, well cared for and very very comfortable. We visited as adults with friends for a landmark birthday trip last year and brought our teen children and a couple of friends this year to visit the same spot. It's a win for us! - While you ae there, rent a boat from Bemus Bay Water Toys too great service!

Great night at the Blue Lake House. Beautiful updated home. Everything we needed was right there. Owner responded quickly to my questions. A very short walk to restaurants and shops. Loved our dinner at Splash.
