Great stay as always, close go the beach and everything you need.

We came here with our 2 year old toddler. It was the perfect escape for us. We loved how it was walking distance to the beach and the outdoor shower was a treat. Plenty of toys, books and games to keep our toddler entertained. The house is really well designed and just what we needed for a beach escape. Fast and excellent communication from host Nicolo. We will be back soon!

Nick’s place was perfect for our stay in Cape Woolamai. The house was super clean and comfy, with plenty of space outside for the kids to kick a ball. We loved meeting Snowy the bunny next door, and my son had a great time with the books and games. The wild bunnies hopping around were such a bonus too! Nick was really kind and flexible when I had to change our booking dates, which I really appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!

Very quiet street, beautiful surroundings, clean and comfy indoors. Nice and cosy at night.

A really quirky property with lots of charm in a quiet but convenient location. Everyone liked though the stairs are narrow and turn so it’s not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Quiet, stones throw away from the beach, with beautiful personal touches and lots of childrens toys. Perfect for kids and adults alike to catch a break. Loved the two beaches within 2-5 mins from the house.

Quiet location on Phillip Island. Lovely house close to walks, surf beach and beautiful sunsets. A few minutes drive to all tourist attractions.

My husband, daughter and I needed to spend some time away and this was the perfect little space. We had enough room for the three of us (with space leftover!) and it was so peaceful. Lots of wildlife and greenery, too! Nick was a great host and thought of many little details... we had absolutely everything we needed! Would 1000% recommend

Great stay, close to beach. Very comfortable

This compact home was more than what we expected when we came. It had everything we needed, and a few things that we didn't realise we needed until we got there. It is located down an unsealed road, so heads up. But it is also located away from street lights, so our kids got to meet the galaxy for the very first time. Also, the staple pantry they Nicolo provided us with was an absolute find! All of the usual things, plus dried herbs and spices, as well as some sauces in the fridge made cooking here far more enjoyable for the list of things that we didn't have to go out and buy. Nicolo was prompt and kind in all of our communication with us, and the little pointers that he gave to us just before we came helped us enormously to settle into the property for the time we were there. This was a fantastic base for our family as we explored the sights of Phillip Island; far enough away for it to be private, but close enough to major supermarkets and healthcare centres to be able to pop in and grab what was needed. Definitely a return trip, and highly recommended for family visits.
