Renovated canal home with private pool, dock, roof deck, ocean/bay view, wet bar

Loved the house and the layout. Was great to have 3 living areas. Pool was great, kids swam until 9pm most nights. Only thing was alot of ants all over and the smoke alarms kept going off.

We held our annual family beach gathering at this home and were very pleased. Pool was great, outdoor furniture was nice and plentiful. Gathering areas were spacious. Beach was a quick walk. Great house, go for it!

Our group included kids, ages 5, 7, 11, 14, and young adults, 18 and 20. There were many available things for them to do both indoors as well as out. Not once did I hear someone say, I'm bored. Personally, I appreciated that Beach Be With You was located at Sandbridge, away from the more populated and active Virginia Beach. It was private and quiet, yet popular tourist opportunities were not that far away.

Great for multi-families. Nice decking and yard. If a larger family may want to bring some extra pots and pans.Plenty of parking. Short walk to beach and great fishing off the dock.

We were in town for a family funeral in the winter and slept 16 very comfortably in this beautiful vacation home. We had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals, lots of games for the kids even in the cold rain. Highly recommend this rental for a big family. We loved the way the bedrooms were laid out for family units sharing bathrooms and the master suite was very spacious and private.

This house was great. Roomy, homey and comfortable. Location was perfect. Our family had a great time beach accesss was convenient. Highly recommend for big families and an added bonus was the 80s video games, we played the all from pac man to break out!!!

The home was one of the best in neighborhood. The week we went it rained a lot but they have covered area with a pool so the party was able to continue.

On the second day of the trip, we ran out of propane, and vacasa did a really great job of replacing it almost immediately. Super great service, really nice home. Very clean and very spacious. Would recommend!

Very spacious house with multiple levels so everyone can spread out or come together in common areas inside & out. Plenty to do indoors and out. Short walk to the beach. One of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in which is very important. I booked too late to find a spot with a beach view but the canal out back with its own private dock, bench swing & the rooftop deck still allowed me to feel I was away from home relaxing on the water. Would definitely stay here again!! Loved it - thank you so much!

Plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, or to find a spot for yourself!
