Renovated Beachfront Cottage with Old-Fashioned Amelia Island Charm!

Perfect location! Loved being steps away from the ocean to enjoy the sunrises and minutes away from the action of downtown Fernandina Beach. Also very close to Fort Clinch State Park. I was so happy we didn't book a room at one of the fancy resorts in the Plantation area.

The house was cute and cozy. Check in was a breeze and the house was perfectly clean. The house was a small walk away from the beach, and close to most of the shops and restaurants in town. We really enjoyed family bonding and beach time together, thank you again!

The cottage was perfect for our stay on Amelia Island. Everything looks brand new, was spotless, mattresses comfortable, plenty of towels. It is a tiny gem among the modern giants! Exactly as listed but don't let the size fool you...you will be spending all your time outdoors anyway!

The property was perfect. Steps from the beach!!. They were so thoughtful and had special treats for our dogs. We will definitely be returning.

The property was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The Destination Amelia staff was helpful and quick to respond to our questions.We love the proximity to Fernandina Beach, the restaurants, shops, waterfront, golf courses, and beaches.This was our second stay here and we have already booked again for next year. The house was awesome…everything was clean and well appointed. It is perfectly located steps away from the beach, will look to book this house again. The staff was excellent and very responsive.

House is kept clean though we did find a six legged insect, king bed is comfortable no sagging, location is great. They supply plenty of white towels and bathroom has space for all your toiletries. Furniture in living room looks nice but lacking support.

Our family of 4 and our dog really enjoyed staying at this house. It was clean, comfortably, and right at the beach. We would love to stay here again soon!

This makes the second time we have stayed here. It is perfect. Three adults a 5 month old and a 13 year old chihuahua. I don't want to go on to much about it so it will be available when we come back in late summer. It really is the perfect place.

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect for our small family. It's in a great location across the street from the beach and close to the downtown area. Everything about it was perfect for our stay and we were having such a good time that we extended our stay 3 days longer than originally planned.

We enjoyed our brief stay. This house was perfect. The walk to the beach was super short. The amenities in the house were great, they provide so much extra. Perfect for a getaway!

This house is so cute. And for a family of 4 it would be perfect. It was just 2 of us staying. The walk to the beach was easy. And we found several shark teeth! The windows in the house are solid so even though it rained every day it was a comfortable stay. The location just can’t be beat. And you get the whole house to yourself versus it being part of a complex. Overall amazing. I would recommend it to everyone and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Small little beach house as pictured. It was a bonus that they were pet-friendly, allowing me to bring my dog. Check-in was straightforward, thanks to clear instructions. Overall, a satisfactory stay.
