Stayed Oct 10, 2025Wonderful townhouse with excellent proximity to the beach, pool, and fishing off from the bridge (within steps from the unit). The air conditioner works exceptionally well, all other appliances functioned as expected, comfortable beds. We did rent the golf cart (which we highly recommend). Smooth check in and out process. We caught several bream and a HUGE bass right outside the rental unit. Excellent location. All good things to say!

Stayed Aug 4, 2024This house was perfect for us -- 3 king bedrooms with separate baths. It also has an upstairs loft that a few kids could sleep in that we didn't need. Nice rooms, great view of a pond/open area, lots of seating. We ate in several times -- kitchens was pretty well stocked with equipment, etc. Nice big table for 8. Easy to drive/use golf cart (totally worth paying for the golf cart) to park near the beach. Beach always had people on it, but easy to find a place to camp. THey had some beach stuff, but we had mostly brought our own. Definitely recommend as beautiful, functional house.
