Remodled Encinitas Home Close to Beach, Restuarants, Shopping and Coaster

I cannot complain about this property. I have rented other properties before and one of my complaints is that there is never enough kitchen amenities (ex: pots, pans, plates, knives, etc.) but this property was stacked. It was great, they had all the cooking items you need to make and eat a home cooked meal just like at home.

Amazing house super close to the beach and any restaurant grocery store or amenity you could think of!

Great but it was a little hot. No air conditioning and when we arrived, it was closed up so it was hot. It took awhile with all the windows open to cool down. Also there was no soap in the shower.

This Encinitas property was updated, clean, comfortable and a great location to visit beaches and areas on the coast. The patio out back has a sitting area, table and chairs, grill, and a nice fenced in backyard. We would definitely book this home again on a future visit to San Diego!

This was our second stay here. Once again it was an absolute joy to spend our summer vacation here. It's a quaint, cozy home and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The amenities and rooms have everything you need. The property is well maintained. Temperature is perfect with the windows open. It's conveniently located to the beach and plenty of stores. Greta location and well stocked house

I’ve stayed here several times and usually it’s great, mostly because it’s in my family’s neighborhood. I love the updates kitchen! This time, unfortunately because of the heat wave, it was not enjoyable at all. The home has no AC and the ocean breeze mentioned in the description was non existent. The unit was usually 83-89 degrees at different times of the day/night. The ceiling fans and plug in fans did little more than move the hot air around. The plug in fans were also quite dusty as they had apparently been sitting in the closet for a while. I’m sure I will stay here again, just not in summer!

My daughter, 16 mo old grandson and I stayed for a long weekend. Location is great in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed and a bonus is Encinitas City walking/hiking trail system has an entrance 1/2 a block away up the hill. We enjoyed walking on the trails and easy access to all this sweet beach town has to offer. This is our 2nd stay here. House appears to have been well-enjoyed in the year since our first stay. While the place appeared clean enough, might be time for some deep cleaning and yard maintenance. Host, Janie, is amazing with great and timely communication.

Great property if you have dogs and like to hike. We had a great stay. Bought a beach cottage during our stay so we can visit more often!

Great place for a weekend stay in Encinitas. Convenient to the beach, many retail stores and highways to travel in the area.

The house was everything advertised and more. So close to the beach and an amazing walking trail and playground. I definitely recommend it!!!

Floor was very sandy and downright filthy! After showering walking from the bathroom to the living room my feet were black!

A great location, so safe and quiet and very easy to get to downtown Encinitas and the beach which is awesome. The host is very accommodating and communicative!

The house was perfect and I had a great time. I was able to bring my little dog with me which she loved too! My granddaughters came to visit and had a great time. I will stay again in the future!

A cozy and delightful home in a beautiful slice of Encinitas. The house is in excellent condition and the kitchen looks brand new with high-end appliances. The backyard was perfect for the family to hang out (and we celebrated our daughter's 12th birthday there - perfect). The owner was very pleasant, helpful and attentive to our needs. We had an awesome and restful stay and hope to return soon!
