Remodeled Waterfront Home Heated Saltwater Pool & Spa With Gulf Access

Everything about this home was immaculate. We had everything we needed and more. The house is not only clean it is gorgeous and decorated to perfection. The pool is perfect, my kids loved it so much. We are all just in awe of how wonderful everything was and what incredible hosts Mark and Andressa were. We hope to be back again next year!

Please dont pass up on this listing. You have found your vacation home. Look no further, the host as beyond welcoming and responsive. The entire home is immaculate and our vacation part was the pool/jacuzzi. We did not have to worry about towels, shampoo or conditioner. They even had a washer and dryer and everything you need for the beach. Let me not forget to mention the adorable egret that was friendly looking into our window by the pool. The dinning room view is the ultimate best overlooking the canal and pool. We plan to repeat when in the area in the future.

This property was so impressive! It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. Mark and Andressa have thought of every detail to make this a home away from home. They not only effectively communicated basic details, they also took the time to check in on us to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We definitely recommend this home and we look forward to visiting again.

This property exceeded my expectations. It is beautifullly done and made us feel very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are very nice. It was fun for the grandkids to fish off the pier and my son picked us up in his boat to ride out to the Gulf to watch the sunset. It took about an hour by boat to get out to the Gulf , but there are lots of things to check out on the way and once you got there it was beautiful . The kitchen is well stocked with plates,, cups and silverware. It had coffee bar with various sweetness and a selection of tea bags. There is some.cookware and plenty of bowls and utensils for preparing food. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper was also provided. They even had a good supply of beach towels to use for the pool. The owners couldn't have been nicer and responded quickly any time I messaged them. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

The entire house was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were so nice and felt luxurious. The house was so well thought out. Decorated beautifully and so many details like makeup cloths, many toiletries and towels, fully stocked kitchen and spices - even raw honey, fishing poles they added for us, all the beach equipment, and even a beach bag. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and fresh - no air fresheners which was so nice. It is a well cared for home! We loved the comfort of this home and being on the canal made it even better. We saw ducks, fish jumping, crab, and turtles. Tried some fishing but I think we needed different bait.We went to honeymoon beach state park twice. It is a longer drive but we enjoyed it more than Fred Howard Park Beach. Once we went to Caladesi Island which was very secluded and found sand dollars. We saw dolphins on the ferry ride out which was so exciting! We also went to Oasis beach and found a perfect spot. North beach had a lot of seaweed but the spot we found was clear water and had that beautiful blue/ green hue. Rusty Bellies was delicious fresh seafood and hushpuppies with a nice atmosphere. We had a wonderful trip!! Mark and Andressa were very responsive hosts. They responded to any questions in minutes and were so helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as pictured. You can tell the owners take great pride in keeping the space fresh, comfortable, and welcoming.The location couldn’t have been better just minutes from downtown, making it easy to take a quick ride to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It was the perfect balance of convenience and a peaceful place to relax after a day out.The home itself was well-stocked with everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and thoughtful touches throughout. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and helpful.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home in a prime downtown location.
