Located directly on the golf course, this two-story townhouse is calling your name! All brand new (new paint and furniture), this home away from home provides you and your lovely guests access to the community outdoor swimming pool and a great location near everything Moab has to offer, such as the Arches National Park and a plethora of outdoor activities (kayaking, hiking, biking, among others). Many local activities are possible from this prime central location; explore petroglyphs on the mountains within walking distance. Or partake in relaxing boat rides or ATV and electric bike rentals for the more adventurous crowds.

This retreat back opens to the golf course, offering tremendous views, primarily from your private back patio. This remarkable outdoor space features the best private hot tub in the community, a couple of beach chairs, and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues with your loved ones. Inside, the sunny living area boasts an inviting sofa near one of the gas fireplaces and smart TV with streaming apps built in. Spend your evenings at home streaming a favorite show or playing board games at the five-person dining table off of the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed to show off your cooking skills to your group. This level is also home to a brand new washer/dryer in the kitchen, one bedroom with direct patio access, a large closet, and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. One guest bedroom has a second gas fireplace and another smart TV.

Things to Know
Streaming is available using your own accounts. There is no cable available.
The bunk beds are youth beds with a max weight limit of 150 lbs.
There are no bubbles in the hot tub.
Pool is seasonal.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Loved it! Had 8 twin beds, a queen, a king, a big couch, and a lot of bean bags. Fireplace was perfect for cold nights, as was the hot tub. Plenty of bedding and towels for everyone, clear instructions and easy entrance. Pretty good location, loved walking around the golf course in the evenings and being able to drive to Moab within 10ish minutes. Plenty of community parking if you have multiple cars! The response team could have been more attentive, but since we didn’t have any needs, it went well!

    Very nice accommodations. All the beds had purple mattresses on them and there were plenty of beds. The carpets looked a bit dingy and you could tell the place wasn't brand new but that's ok.

    Expect Rodents! Floors weren't clean (neither was hot tub) and had to keep all our food in our vehicles so the mice wouldn't get to it...host has not offered even a small refund...will update review if this changes.

    The keyless entry lock didn't work properly. We spent an hour on the phone with Customer Service trying to get it to work properly. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. He finally gave us the code to the lockbox with the key in it and that is what we used for the duration of our stay.The hot tub had several non-functioning jets making it unpleasant for four people to use the hot tub at one time.Everything else was just fine and met our needs well.

    We stayed here while visiting my family in Moab. It was in a great location with plenty of space. Kids had a big room to themselves which they absolutely lives and wished we had at home. It gave us an opportunity to hang with the adults downstairs while they were peacefully occupied. Central location and convenient to the sites in all directions. Would stay here again!

    It fit all of us alright as we had 11 traveling together. One of the trundle beds was broken so we just slept on the mattress on the floor. There was no light over the microwave to turn on while you cooked, so cooking wasn’t easy if you were cooking in the evening. Basic supplies were there but not stocked if you ran out. There is so many personal touches if you stay at a place that is personally owned and we missed those personal touches. It served its purpose and that is truly all that matters.

    This place was wonderful and meet all our needs. I thought this place was a no pet place but it definitely has had pets in it because the couch had animal fur all over it. The beds upstairs in the bunk room and additional room with the queen bed were not very comfortable. Super nice it was away from the main part of the city but close enough to get to places. Hot tub had way too much chlorine in it. But overall was a great place. Definitely would stay again here.

    Quiet condo backed up to the golf course. Stunning view of the stars at night…appreciated the patio chairs for star gazing. The kitchen, dining, living room was smaller than expected; the bedrooms were very roomy. The only bedroom with a tv was the kids bunk room. Overall a good condo…close to the city, arches, canyonlands and lots of other outdoor activities.

    Thanks for a great rental! The owners put much thought into the condo and its amenities. From the beautiful bedrooms and cozy couch, to the extra toiletries and fully stocked kitchen, we made ourselves at home. Some of our trip highlights included petroglyphs within walking distance, a star gazing party at Dead Horse Point State Park (30-40 minute drive), seeing the awe inspiring Arches at Arches National Park (10 minute drive), Xtreme 4x4 tour (Gerrit was the best driver!), and window shopping in quaint downtown Moab. We cooled off at the condo pool during the day and star gazed from the hot tub at night. We are looking forward to another visit to southern Utah and more adventures at the National and State Parks!

    We loved how cozy and comfy this location gave us. It was not far from either Arches or Canyonlands and we enjoyed using the on-site pool and hot tub after a day of exploring!
