Remodeled single-family house, 1 mile away from Rochester Airport

Clean property and good location for our purpose

Great small house. Great alternative to a hotel suites. Well furnished with upgraded appliances.

The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and more spacious then we thought it would be.

Great experience and good communication.

Sink and shower in the only bathroom in house drained very slowly so was immediately standing in ankle deep water. I know this had to be noticed when cleaning but was ignored purchased draino but didn’t help! House was clean but both area rugs in the house were beyond help. Just dingy. Hope you like hard beds they are very uncomfortable! And the ice machine is not working so no ice at all! The house was pretty. Looked like it had a fresh remodel but forgot to fix the basement stairs. Not vary safe for older people since they want us to strip the bed and put the sheets in the washing machine before we left.

Great place, Neat, clean and accommodating. I wanted a place with no stairs, this was as close to that (only 3 stairs. Suggestion get rid of tub.Would be interested in long term rental.

The area is a perfect location to travel into Rochester or the surrounding towns. Property is clean and suited our needs perfectly. The host was accommodating and answered any questions I had fairly quickly.

Nadia's place was perfectly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much. This is definitely one of the nicer listenings when it comes to visiting the Rochester area (we are doing work for the local power company and have stayed all around the city), a great neighborhood and not far from lots of stores/shops. We would definitely come back again if possible!!

A pefect property

This house is absolutely beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures. House was very clean which made us feel even more comfortable. This was our first time getting a vacation rental. We will definitely get this house again. Owner was great to work with.

May be the best VRBO we have rented. All new. Every appliance you need, dishes, ice. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Nice yard. The ultimate host. I hope we get back to rent again.

Newly renovated and comfortable 2br/1ba home has everything you'll need for a relaxing stay. All new kichen appliances plus a washer and dryer. Beds were wonderfully firm and bath towels plush. Nadiia was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions.

We had a lovely stay here. Came in for a couple of my son’s lacrosse games and it was a short drive to the field. Anything we could possibly need was in close proximity. Nadia paid great attention to detail with the amenities in the place. From the full kitchen set up, hairdryer and magnified makeup mirror! She thought of everything. Very clean and comfortable Would definitely stay again!

House was in excellent shape - clearly VERY recently renovated, and very clean. New appliances, new TVs, and well-stocked with new essentials. Location was fine, convenient to the airport and nearby stores. Neighborhood was quiet (neighbor has a dog, but the dog only cared when I was coming or going and was otherwise quiet.)

Had a wonderful stay at this house. It is spacious and extremely clean. The owner did an amazing job of supplying the house with all the comforts of home. It’s located on a very quiet street. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location was great. Close access to airport, food Walmart. I was worried about hearing planes but I only ever heard them a couple times and it wasn’t loud. The home was upgraded and very well maintained and cleaned. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
