Stayed Mar 27, 2025This property was wonderful for our extended family of 7. The home had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. The views of the water were wonderful, and we were even able to fish right off the dock. The house is located in a nice area quiet area that showcases old Florida. Several good restaurants are nearby. The location worked out great to head to Crystal River and swim with the manatees as well. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Overall, it was a great place to stay for 6 people. It was priced fair compared to others in the area. It would be great if the second bathroom wasn't inside the master bedroom, because we had to share 2 bathrooms between 6 people and one of the showers is really small for a normal sized adult. Biggest issue we found that could be improved was that there are no ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms, which makes it hard to temperature control the rooms and no ambient noise for comfort sleeping. Additionally, it seems that the washer and dryer closet has had a bit of wet clothes or cleaning rags sit because the closet smells of mildew. There is ample seating and space for hanging out. It is very conveniently located if you are trying to go to Homossassa to see the manatees, but otherwise it is in a pretty remote area with not a ton of quality restaurants or other things to do. Lastly, the host was awesome, responsive, and flexible with us, which we very much appreciated. The only other thing worth noting is the place is very religious oriented - there are crosses in the bedroom and religious sayings. The wifi network is jesusluvsme and password follows that. This is pretty in line with the attitude of the community, just not something I prefer to see so integrated in home decor and culture.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We loved our stay. It started out rough since we arrived around 4:00 and the key was not in the lock box. We had a struggle getting ahold of someone right away but they did call back with in 20 minutes so that wasn’t bad. Grateful they had another resource to get us inside since the cleaning people left the key on the counter instead of the box. Easy mistake. The owners were amazing to have a back up plan. The place was well stocked. Beautiful place and huge dock space. Loved the location. It’s right in the middle of everything. Short boat ride to any of the restaurants on the river. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024Very pleased with the location, cleanliness, boat dock, parking.....only complaint is the commercial ice maker..... ALOT smaller than what we were thinking when referred to as commercial. More like residential. Used the twice the ice down the road. Still great time!!!
