Remodeled home- spacious, beautiful yard, hot tub & ocean view all around!!

We had another wonderful visit! We have returned many times. The home is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is great and the view and hot tub could not be better! The host is very easy to work with and very responsive!

What a wonderful stay at Crissey Cottage!! The view was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, windows all across the back of the house overlooking the ocean, beautiful view from all rooms with the exception of the master, nice grounds around the house, the home was very nice, beautiful large kitchen, very nice upgrades, layout very convenient and well-stocked. The home was clean and inviting. Spacious great room with multiple sitting areas, an extra table for games/puzzles, dining room very nice and as mentioned, kitchen was great. The master was also spacious and very comfortable. Nice touches like heaters in the bedrooms for those chilly nights and the guest instruction manual was very instructive with detailed instructions. Mariah at Paragon was very helpful and responsive with a very pleasant attitude, and the owner of the property was very generous and accommodating which was most appreciated. We want to say thank you for sharing your home and helping us to have such a memorable vacation. If vacationing in Brooking again, we would love to return to Crissey Cottage.

The eccentricities of an older home (smaller bathrooms, space heaters in the bedrooms) were more than made up for by the spectacular views. I mean, really? The deck felt brand new and looked onto a breathtaking vista. We liked the fact that the house was on a bluff instead of beach level. It felt more secure to us.

I have been traveling to the Oregon Coast once every two or three years for the last 20 years. This is by far the best combinatio of property and view that i have ever experienced. The home and property are beautiful well apponted and stunningly landscaped. And the view is just breathtaking. The ocean side of the house is so thoughtfully arranged ao that you can sit different places and aee completely different vistas. I particularly enjoyed rge swing and the rocking chairs. I hope to stay here again.

Best all around rental we have ever stayed in. Amazing views!!! Beautifully decorated! Plenty of everything and so many extras. Great location close to beaches , groceries, restaurants and other activities. So much room for family to visit indoors and outdoors as well. Would highly recommend.

Truly perfect home for a family vacation! The new deck is simply fabulous - almost as fab as the view. The home is so well appointed it's like family lives there full time! We appreciate all the extras - cushy throws, the fire pit, extra bedding, the chef's kiss kitchen! This was our second visit to this paradise and we're planning our 2026 return!

Location is excellent! We saw whales and whale spouts for 2 days during our stay. We LOVE this property. Sadly we've outgrown it and must look for another property for next year.

Great house. Open floor plan. Everything was easy. Redwoods to the south and Oregon coast beaches etc to the north. The view from inside and from the deck is worth whatever extra you intend to spend.

My wife and two daughters and me went to Brookings to visit my son who lives in Crescent City. The property provided everything we needed to have a memorable visit. Outstanding views of the ocean an everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This was my 4th or 5th time staying here, and it was terrific, as usual. We spent most of our time enjoying the sensational view, sitting by the gas fire pit on the deck, and soaking in the hot tub while watching the sun set. The house is great, bedding super comfortable, and everything we needed kitchenwise was here. Can't wait to return.

My husband and I stayed in this adorable cottage right on the ocean for two nights and it was so peaceful and perfect. Check in process was super easy and the cottage is located in a quiet little neighborhood right when you enter Brookings 15 miles up the road on the coast is the scenic corner with so many cool places to stop off in sightsee. Brookings is a nice little clean town as well. The cottage itself was super clean had all the amenities including a big TV, comfy blankets and recliners to relax, clean bedrooms and the kitchen was gorgeous with granite countertops and nice new clean appliances. You can’t beat the view looking out the kitchen window onto the huge deck with so many things to make your stay great like a hot tub, swing fire pit, etc. you can’t beat the view. Cottage was great check-in was easy would highly recommend.

This property is absolutely fabulous in every way. The views are unmatched. Great location to multiple beaches, Redwood NP, grocery store and restaurants. Had everything we needed! Highly recommended to stay here. It’s a gem!

Great spot; convenient, peaceful, and private. The windows and incredible views make it so easy to relax and enjoy downtime without feeling like you’re missing anything.The refrigerator was broken, which we were notified of the day of arrival. Garage fridge was less convenient and didn’t provide ice, but was better than nothing.

Was recommended by my uncle for this place and we loved the house and the view.. however, before arriving we were told the inside house fridge wasn’t working, which was super inconvenient for us since we were traveling with a baby. There’s an extra fridge in the garage which is better than nothing. Also a maintenance man showed up unexpectedly and we could not get a hold of the house staff to double check with it. However, the view and the whole vacation was great. Will come back again.

Great house for a family. View is amazing and couldn't have wished for a better introduction to the ocean. Cute town, friendly, and got to visit Redwoods with kiddos!

We really enjoyed our stay at this ocean front home. The location is perfect for exploring the redwoods, beaches and the many hiking trails in the area. It is convenient to Fred Meyer for supplies and groceries. Also there are many good restaurants close by. The fresh rockfish at The Catalyst was delicious! We also loved the pizza at Zolas. The home has everything you need, is comfortable and the view is out of this world. Had a wonderful vacation! Thank you.

We had such a lovely stay. The view is amazing, the kitchen was the most well equipped VRBO we’ve stayed in. Plenty of everything you need. Lots of fun was had playing games, ocean viewing, cooking, eating and enjoying our time. I highly recommend the property.

We come to Brookings 3-4 times a year and this was by far the nicest house we have stayed in. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The view is incredible. There’s not direct beach access. We had to drive north slightly to a state park to get down to the beach. Easy check-in and out process. Everything was clean and tidy. Felt the bedding could have been more comfortable. Wished there were more full length mirrors. There was only one full length mirror in one of the bedrooms on the back of the door where we couldn’t get a great view of our outfits. Never communicated with the property manager because we didn’t need to. We enjoyed our time here.

A friend and I came and stayed for a few days of rest and relaxation and this was definitely the place to do it. The house is lovely with lots of personal touches. The kitchen is amazing and with tons of supplies and cooking items. We did not have use of the oven but used the cooktop and grill several times. I will say I struggled a bit with the stove as it uses a magnetic dial to control the cooking and I couldn’t always get it to work correctly! The firepit was awesome and we sat out every night. We never saw any neighbors and the neighborhood was quaint and very quiet. You will never tire of the view. Ever. And hot tub was an added bonus! If I had to find a con, I’d say the master bathroom, we had no use of the toilet due to how it’s laid out in such a tiny area and we’re bigger folks so we couldn’t use it! Toilet shares a wall with shower and is a very tiny area, so bigger folks might struggle trying to use..! But the rest of the house is open and inviting, deck is great and we spent so much time outside. You can’t go wrong with this house!

Honestly, this place is one of the coolest and most beautiful spots ive ever stayed.

What a beautiful view and home. How often does it happen to change plans based on a home with a view? Once we checked in, we decided that the next couple of days we would spend sitting on deck looking over the beautiful ocean view and enjoy the lovely home.

This was our fifth trip staying at Crissy Cottage! We absolutely loved the newly remodeled deck and access to the hot tub! The updated outdoor seating was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back next year!

We loved staying in this beautiful, comfortable home. The views were spectacular and calling this home base for 3 days was wnderful.

We traveled alone to have a private time for ourselves and now we are wanting to book again to bring family/friends! Propane grill and hot tub were great out on a beautiful deck with incredible views. Plenty of nice deck seating. The remodel in the living areas was well done! Labeling on all the switches was certainly appreciated! Ample towels, cooking utensils, and a newer clean refrigerator. Prior guests have signed drift wood, rocks, and bottle corks… well done and fun! Just north of town with amenities close by made quick trip for groceries easy… we have stayed in Harbor on prior trips and didn’t miss having to drive in. We believe the listing doesn’t do this place justice.

We only stayed for 2 days of rainy weather but we enjoyed everything about this great house.

Great place, wonderful views from hugh deck overlooking ocean. Very clean, comfortable beds, exactly as represented in photos. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Only reason for 4 stars is that there is no direct beach access and closest beach (Harris) is about a mile north via busy hwy, so not great for kiddos. But would highly recommend for adult group..

Can't say enough about this property. We had all of these west coast plans when we booked the house, but once we spent an evening on the immaculate decking out back, we changed all plans to make sure we were on the deck, in the backyard by 6 p.m. each day. It was magnificent. The property is well maintained and well provisioned. We cooked two meals a day in the kitchen, and enjoyed leisurely mornings both inside and outside. The view alone is worth the price of admission, but the deck and the backyard put this place over the top. Best rental property ever.

Although this home is older many of the appliances have been upgraded and the great room/kitchen has been nicely remodeled. It was well worth the money the backyard could be on a postcard
