Remodeled home near beach with screened porch, sundeck, & seasonal pool access

The queen beds sink a little unfortunately so that made sleeping hard. The house seem to have quite a few issues but property manager said they were aware and owner was taking care of it. None of these issues made it unstayable. Our little family loved the property location and thought it was perfect for a family of four. I think more would have been crowded.They offered to come out and fix the issues they could while we were there but we didnt want to be bothered. Hopefully the owner puts the work into the main issue the house seems to be having

I was very pleased with our stay here. The location of this home relative to the beach is its best attribute for sure. I feel we got more than our moneys worth at Costa Na Mara!

Very clean and cozy place to stay. 2 minute walk to the beach. House had everything needed, linens, towels, kitchenware. 3 bed rooms (2 queen, 1 bunkbed) ** quick note a Pool is listed with this property as an amenity . there is a Pool is a 20 minute drive from the home. Very nice large pool but it is shared with all the Vacasa guests**

This house is located perfectly. So cute, we'll appointed. I especially loved the screened porch. You can hear the ocean from the sun deck. And the short walk to the beach was wonderful.

This home offered us a great landing pad during out time on Hattaras. The bedrooms/sleeping arrangements worked well for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans meaning we could cook at the home, which we often do when vacationing. The proximity to the beach and other amenities was great. We also enjoyed the beach items available to guests. The boogie boards were a pleasant surprise!

The location of the property was great easy to get to restaurants, shopping etc. Beach was about 5 houses from walkway to beach. It's part up hill. The only table to fit us all was in screened in porch. It was very tight.

What We Loved: Proximity to the Beach: The location is fantastic! Just a short walk and you're on the beautiful beach, which made our stay very enjoyable. Screen Porch: The screen porch was a highlight. It was lovely to sit out there with our coffee in the mornings and spend in the evenings without worrying about bugs. The 3 sliding doors allowed for a lovely coastal breeze. Cleanliness: The house was clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Kitchen: The kitchen was the perfect size for two people. We found it well-equipped and easy to use. Large Deck for Stargazing: The deck was spacious and provided a wonderful spot for stargazing. We spent several nights enjoying the clear skies. Despite some maintenance issues that need to be addressed (front door key, primary bathroom, broken bed), we would consider renting Costa Na Mara again due to its proximity to the beach, the wonderful screen porch, and the overall size of the home for the two of us. The positives managed to outweigh the negatives, but we hope the management addresses the necessary improvements to enhance future stays.

Close to the beach and just the right size for a family of four. We had an issue with the key the staff was aware of and didn’t inform us prior but they were quick to fix it.

We loved the proximity to the beach. We appreciated having a few games and puzzles. The kitchen light didn't work, we couldn't adjust the speed on the screened porch fan, there was a coffeemaker but no pot for it. Since the keys didn't work we had to leave the door unlocked every time we left the house. This was by far our biggest concern during our stay.
