Remodeled, Great Location, Great Value

Nice place, no complaints. Plenty of space and the home was well cared for. It's right next to the Sea Pines Nature Preserve too. I rode my bike all over the area, very bicycle friendly area. Be sure to check out Bluffton, a lot of history there especially old town. You can fish in the local lakes/ponds but beware of the gators. Also take caution driving at night anywhere in Sea Pines, or HH for that matter. Very dark and in my opinion dangerous. Very limited visibility due to the no light pollution theory.

First, this was a great house! The owner was great. Plenty spacious and dog friendly. Our doodle was happy to walk the trail behind the house. Know it was a 23 minute walk to the beach. So if you have littles use a wagon or stroller! We used the public trail, did not try to use the Sea Pines club house so cannot review that. We did use the grill, great that it was there. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was a charcoal grill. So we had to buy charcoal and lighter fluid. So that was a little pricey. The beds were ok. Pillows a little thin but quite acceptable. Tvs worked fine. We didn't use the internet. The only reason for 4 stars, the back patio walkway pavers are very uneven so made it hard to walk on. It was also quite dirty out there could definitelyuse a spring clean. All the chairs can use a good cleaning. The patio door did not seem to lock well but they had a little wood piece to make sure it was closed. We had visitors of deer, lizards and squirrels daily. Oh and the little pond up the trail had a gator give me and the dog a startle. She jumped back and I jumped when he dashed back to the water. I would stay here again as the location was great. We had our cousins visit that live on the island and there are 2 parking spots so thats a bonus. Grocery store was just at the entry of Sea Pines. When we got ready to leave we did have to follow a list of cleaning up. Not sure I ever had to strip sheets b4. But we did it. Thanks again!

This is our second time staying here and everything was perfect. It is clean, very comfortable and updated. We saw deer on the back patio. We recommend staying here 100%!

Such a great home for the weekend! The home was comfortable and the bikes were a hit! There was excellent communication throughout the stay and check in/check out was breeze! Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this house! We had plenty of space for all of us and were able to bring our dogs!! Everything was very clean! The microwave had been broken before our stay and the owners reached out to notify us and let us know they had purchased a back up for us since the replacement wouldn’t be here before our stay! We would stay here again!

We had a nice stay. The place was a great fit for our family of five. It was a quick drive to beach access and we enjoyed the walking trail behind the property. The kids really had a great time on the beach.

The house was very clean. The house was nicely located and near to anything we wanted. The house was perfectly sized for 3 adults and 3 kids (ages 15, 12 and 10. If there were any needs, Kathy and Dave were very responsive. Great week on Hilton Head Island!

We loved this great property in Hilton Head! Kathy was great to work with and communicated back quickly with us. The house was nicely decorated with plenty of room for our family and fur baby! The neighborhood was nice and quiet also. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed this home. Everything was clean, well stocked. Check in was a breeze. Location was very good!! Beds are comfortable. We had our dog with us and it was a great place to take a walk with him.

We had a couple hiccups during our stay however communication was great with the owners & we were able to have these issues addressed. They were also willing to accommodate a later checkout when our son unfortunately got sick at the end of our vacation. The only things I would say could have been better was realizing there were 5 people staying for multiple days & accommodating for that with paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing/laundry detergent, soap, etc so we wouldn’t have to ration or buy ourselves. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

Super cute property! We loved it, the owner was very accommodating when we asked for an early check in. Really close to the beach which we loved.

The house was excellent - we cooked a lot of the meals at home as the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. Kathy is a great host!

We arrived at check in time of 4pm and had not received the entry code by email and despite messaging host three times by voice mail and email, we had no response. We called corporate VRBO who contacted the host and we were finally able to access the property. Very stressful after long drive. The property was fine although a bit dark.

Great stay with great communication from a great host! Everything was perfect and as described would definitely stay again! We had to book last minute but there were no problems with any aspect of the stay. Greatly appreciated the opportunity to have hot showers an A/C as we rode out the damage from the storm!

We were very pleased with the home. It was just what we were expecting and we enjoyed our stay. Kathy was good to work with. Communication was prompt and she was very nice about offering help if we needed anything. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this one was a favorite for sure!
