Remodeled farmhouse walking distance to downtown Sonoma!

Property was pet friendly, and my kids really enjoyed the zip line and outdoor playground in the back. What was missing were some basic amenities like toaster, larger frying pan, oven mitts, larger pan to bake things in the oven, etc. the dining chairs were broken, as well as dining lights the first night so we had to eat around the living room coffee table, but host sent someone to fix it. The house is very dark with limited lights. Feels like a lot of maintenance of the house has been deferred (oven not quite working), stairs in the playground also broken.

Great property and unbelievable location. The beds were extremely comfortable and the property manager was very accommodating of our 1 year old with a pack and play set up before we even got there. Only complaint I had was lack of kitchen supplies. If you want to cook, there’s not really anything there other than a small egg sauté pan. There also was no toaster which I was shocked to see.

Our family stayed here for a wedding weekend. The hosts were so helpful and the house was very comfortable. Having 3 baths really helped with wedding preparations. The outdoor space is very comfortable for family down time. We enjoyed a few casual meals on the outside patio.

We had a terrific time at this property. The walking distance to the Sonoma Square was ideal. The AC worked wonderfully as it was over 100° outside!! One of the bedrooms/bathrooms is on one side of the house, while the two other rooms are closer together on another part of the house with their respective bathrooms. This worked out perfectly for us as my in-laws felt like they were in a separate area (they were) than my wife and I and our two boys who shared one room next to us. the bathtub is huge and was perfect for the kids. Everything was so clean and there was a lot of space to play and hang out. The backyard is fantastic with so much space. We will come back. The owners are on top of things and texted back so quickly with replies to any questions. The owners live right across the property (Pretty far away on another lot) so can be helpful with any issues. Which there weren’t. :)

The house was so clean and well stocked. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed with cookware, spices, dishes and plenty of wine glasses. Our host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great location less than a 5 minute drive to the square.

We especially enjoyed the awesome air conditioning in this property since the weather outside was in the triple digits all week! The property was also just a half-mile walk to town for an awesome 4th of July parade, food trucks, and local shopping. Great small town ambiance! The 3 BR's and 3 baths were great, though one bathroom has a lovely soaking tub with a hand held sprayer vs a shower and is separated from another bathroom by only a thin frosted glass pocket door that doesn't lock shut - for potentially awkward sights and sound situations. Our pooch thoroughly enjoyed the place and room to roam. Glad to have easy access to laundry machines. The landlady was very kind and responsive.

A perfect weekend to celebrate our friend’s 50th birthday in Sonoma and we hit the jackpot with our VRBO rental. The “remodeled farmhouse” description” was extremely accurate for this property. It had obviously been very recently remodeled and it was very nicely done. Every amenity you could possibly need plus some. It was perfect for our party of 4 women in our 60’s. 2 of us shared a bedroom and a bathroom, the other 2 had our own bedroom and our own bathroom! The house is large and roomy. Although we did not cook, it appeared the kitchen was pretty well stocked. This is just a great property. I can’t say enough good things about it. Check in was easy, communication with owner was easy, location could not have been better, very close to Plaza. Very safe and private, parking not an issue. The owner was so sweet to leave us a bottle of wine from her family’s winery while in the midst of dealing with the recent death of her father. You cannot go wrong with this property. One last observation I wanted to add was that the house was immaculate. Grab it while you can, you won’t regret it!

Super convenient location to Sonoma square. Beautiful piece of property with the rental house situated at the front and other units towards the rear of the property. Christina was easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!
