Stayed Jun 26, 2025Nice home with attention to detail and very cozy in a neighborhood close to Oregon State University. It is on a busy street, so a bit noisy at night, but not too bad. A very roomy kitchen, 3 small bedrooms, a large family room and one bathroom. I stayed here with my 3 kids and we enjoyed our stay- very nice vintage style and clean!

Stayed May 13, 2025We rented this small house while in Albany working on our rental property. It is a very comfortable house and the owner was very accessible for any questions or problems that arose. There is some light road noise but in a very quiet neighborhood and we slept like babies :-)Kitchen was well stocked and appliances all in good working order. The bathroom is smallish but fits the size of the house. We would stay again if we needed a house in Albany. Also very convenient location close to shopping.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024We enjoyed this property. As there was a heat wave during our stay, I was very thankful for the a/c! Communication w Lynda was great. She replied asap to my emails. It was very clean and I loved the coffee bar! My one complaint is the traffic noise, but the listing did mention this. I feel that if they updated the windows on that side of the house, it would be quite beneficial as the windows are paper thin. We would def. stay here again.

Stayed Aug 7, 2024House is super adorable! Very cozy and inviting! The check in and out process was super easy!! All the beds were very comfortable!!! Location was perfect! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend anyone looking for a charming house to stay in, this would be the place!!
