Stayed Jun 18, 2026Super comfortable townhouse in Bethany Beach. Our family of 9 and a dog had a great time at this house. My grandchildren loved the bunk bed!It is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, clean, and well stocked with all you need in the kitchen.Jeneene was a great host. She answered all our questions very quickly and was super kind.It is located close to the beach, a 10 min ride through easy roads.We also enjoyed the neighborhood pool, short walk. It was never crowded.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Great space for a large family. The community pool is a huge plus, with most times feeling like it was a private pool. My kids loved the game room. Huge bonus that we were able to bring our dog. Lots of stuff to do locally within about a 15 minute car ride.

Stayed Aug 15, 2022The host went above my expectations to make sure me and my family enjoyed our stay at the property. We had such a wonderful time we will definitely return to stay. Location was close to three boardwalks all within a short drive. Host is a wonderful person and really can’t thank her enough.

Stayed Jul 15, 2022The only issue we had were with ants and flies. We purchased fly traps and that worked great and treated for ants and put out ant traps and that was quickly resolved as well. Very spacious accommodations and that worked well with our group of 10.

Stayed Jun 25, 2021My husband and I stayed here with our son, daughter and their spouses along with 5 grandchildren and this place was terrific. There was plenty of room and each family had their own area and own bathroom. The pool was a big asset and the drive to the beach was only 5 minutes. The kitchen has plenty of plates, glasses, cookware and small appliances. The appliances are old so they do not work as efficiently as new ones but it was great to have a washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

Stayed Aug 23, 2018We decided to rent this house last minute with friends of ours and we were not disappointed. The layout was perfect and all the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The house was clean and tidy and already stocked with the basic necessities. The location was perfect for us with only a five minute drive to Bethany Beach and grocery stores right down the road. The homeowner sent me an app in which I was able to view details about the house such as trash pick up Wi-Fi passwords Etc. There was a small issue with the air conditioning upstairs in which the homeowner responded immediately and went out of her way to make sure that we were not inconvenienced and accommodated us. This house is a gem and we can’t wait to rent again next season!

Stayed Jul 27, 2018The owners were very hospitable. The place is in mint condition. Great location for families with little ones. Close enough to the beach but not too close to the craziness.
