Stayed Jul 8, 2025Well cared-for, quiet and comfortable country house with easy access to RMNP. Lots of privacy for a larger group, and lovely to sit out front and have dinner on the porch. Train line is nearby but this wasn’t an issue.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025We had three nights at this site. Condo was great for our needs. The lakes providing fun fly fishing opportunities. Later in July we could have fished the river! Great place for kids with pool and fishing available. As we were a bit early the manager accommodated us with an early check-in. Much appreciated.

Stayed May 2, 2025This was a beautiful cabin with everything you need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was perfect for a guys fishing trip. All the comforts of home with a river and ponds to fish right in your backyard. Great for some quick fishing before you hit the Colorado or Williams Fork. Just perfect!

Stayed Dec 15, 2024We were looking for a place close to town and Granby Ranch so this home was perfect! Very clean and cozy with plenty of space for our family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which made mornings much easier. Definitely recommend!
