Welcome to Relic Haus, a historic gem that has been lovingly remodeled to combine its rich past with modern touches. Let's dive into the specific details of this remarkable property:



The living room provides a spacious and inviting atmosphere, with a large and cozy leather couch that can comfortably accommodate everyone in your group. The open concept design seamlessly connects the living room to the wrap-around bar area, complete with seating for seven. This creates a perfect space for socializing, enjoying drinks, or engaging in lively conversations.



The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The modern amenities and ample countertop space make it a joy for both experienced and aspiring chefs.



The first bedroom, the master suite, offers a king bed for a restful night's sleep. Large windows allow abundant natural light to fill the room, creating a bright and airy ambiance. The en suite bathroom features a spacious glass walk-in shower, adding a touch of luxury to your daily routine.



In the second bedroom, you'll find a comfortable queen bed in a spacious room. The en suite bathroom offers a tub-shower combo, providing flexibility for guests' bathing preferences.



Convenience is key, and the property includes a dedicated laundry room on-site, allowing you to freshen up your wardrobe as needed.



For additional accommodation, the bunkhouse offers queen over queen bunk beds, a couch, and a flat screen TV. It provides a fun and cozy space for guests or children to relax and unwind. The full bathroom in the bunkhouse features a unique shower design, adding a playful touch to the bathing experience.



Stepping outside, you'll discover a delightful shared outdoor space designed for relaxation and entertainment. Ample seating is available under the shade of the mature trees, creating an idyllic setting for enjoying the natural surroundings.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

    The Relic Haus was exactly as advertised. Freshly and tastefully remodeled and clean. The check in/check out process was seamless, and the host quickly responded to any questions and checked in on us throughout our stay. We stayed here for a family wedding. Four adults were quite comfortable hanging out in the common space and kitchen. We had plenty of room to spread out and watched football in the living room. We used the little guest house in the back as well. I wish we could've stayed longer. Next time we visit New Braunfels, we will definitely stay at Relic Haus.

    Really great place. We came for Schlitterbahn and its sooo close. Restaurants in walking distance and downtown in near as well. House is well appointed and very clean. Communication was great and they took care of everything we needed. Will be back!

    The property is in a great location; close to shops, floats, and Gruene Hall. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen (appliances).

    Quaint home with plenty of space, both inside and out! Easy access to local attractions and a quick drive down to San Antonio. Enjoyed having the little bungalow out back for our newlywed kids! Come down to the area each year for a golf trip with friends and our adult kids; we will definitely be back to this great rental.

    The location of this house is great! You can walk to Schliterbaun and tube rental for Comal River. House is renovated very nicely. Would definitely return.
