What a great property! Everything was super clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Fabulous outdoor space next to vineyards and across from a school. And, the little game room with shuffleboard and arcade game was a nice added bonus. Will definitely book again.

The House is clean, nicely furnished and functional. Located in a quiet, rural town, yet close to main roads.Pros: Lots of seating in the private, shaded and well maintained yard. Two grassy areas for families/dogs to play. Friendly, quiet neighbours. House smells nice, good laundry facility and Kitchen is new, with clean drawers and utensils. New windows throughout. Shower in Bathroom has good pressure. Towels and Linen clean. Good internet connection.Cons: Temperature differs from room to room, had to close floor registers to maintain comfort. Hot water in Bathroom sink faucet is a cold trickle. Lacks Broom/Vacuum cleaner. Needs Roku TV or equivalence. Outside ladder to rooftop patio above game room is nearly impossible to climb.Thank you for renting this property to pet owners. We certainly will consider renting again if staying in the area.

House was clean, charming and well maintained. Yard is fantastic, enclosed and private. A cozy living room and spacious bedrooms. We loved spending time at home and walking to Underwood. The location was also ideal - quiet yet still close enough to town for any necessary outings. There were plenty of activities nearby, including hiking trails, and charming local shops and restaurants. We were also pleased with the communication from the property owner - they were responsive

We stayed for just on night on a cold December day. The house was cozy and well appointed. The house has everything you could need from an electric teapot to a crib. The decor is cottage boho chic and feels new/modern as far as appliances and bathroom. The hosts were very responsive and made check-in a breeze. I look forward to staying again. Note: Bring your own ground coffee.

We stayed in the Vineyard View Getaway while we were in town for a family wedding. The home was well equipped, very clean, and felt like the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The game room was hit with our teenagers, and everyone had enough space to spread out and enjoy themselves. The hosts were very quick to reply when we had a few questions. The property is adjacent to a beautiful vineyard and a butterfly farm, all nestled in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this great property.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We drove from Maryland to see our son graduate from his OS USCG A school in Petaluma. We found all the amenities of our own home in your beautiful home and it made our 3 day stay very relaxing. Owners of the home were very friendly and responsive to any and all questions we had. House is exactly how it’s listed. Very nice! Would definitely stay here again and recommend. Thank you kindly for everything. Kennedy Family Centreville Maryland (Eastern Shore)

We had a wonderful experience in Sonoma west county thanks to our home base at the lovely Greaton House with vineyard view! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was totally updated in this historical remodeled farm house. We enjoyed visiting the nearby butterfly sanctuary, dining in the towns of Graton & Sebastopol, plus a day on the coast in Bodega Bay and of course wine tasting in Healdsburg. At the house we enjoyed happy hours in the Adirondack chairs in the shade, and a rooftop vineyard view sunset evening! The large round kitchen table was perfect for playing games with the family and the Roku TV allowed us to watch Alfred Hitchcock’s movie The Birds which was filmed in Bodega Bay! We made many great family memories in this great VRBO!
