Beautiful home with a great host! My wife and I really enjoyed this property - it was an excellent stay! We enjoyed everything about it, both indoor and outdoor. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a multi family gathering of 10 and this house was perfect! House was a great size, updated very well and in great condition. Great mix of sleeping arrangements with the bedrooms. We all loved the Pool and spa, close drive to beaches and plenty of beach towels and chairs for use by all of us. Would definitely stay again!

The house really fulfilled our needs. Don’t be fooled by the configuration of the layout. It offered a lot of togetherness and privacy for all our family at the same time.

We enjoyed our stay. After a small hiccup we were a little reserved about how this would turn out. The home was amazing and had everything you could need. Nice rooms, functional kitchen, amazing pool and hot tub. It had all the extras like beach chairs and even coolers. Bikes, grills, and more! We were very happy with our stay.

The house was clean and upkept. The property manager was very nice and helpful. The location is very close to the beach. Would definitely book again.

Perfect location! Stayed here for 4 nights with 8 women on a girls trip. The pool is great and the beach is very close. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The house is well stocked with the essentials and the check in and check out are so simple

Jenn was helpful and responsive. Cleaning crew was excellent. Interventions during stay were helpful but never intrusive. Great rental!

A great place for families. Clean, wonderful kitchen, pool and great hosts. Able to take the bikes to the beach with wonderful pool chairs/coolers.

Gorgeous Property with great pool, comfoy beds, plenty of linens, and tons of other great furnishing. Wonderful kitchen, HUGE fridge, great grill area. Property Manager was attentive and helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing!!!We had 9 adults and fit very comfortably in the house.The house is beautifully updated and had everything we needed for the pool and beach.Also it had a very stocked kitchen.We couldn't have been happier.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at this home so much. It was in close proximity to anything you could want to go to in Naples. Walmart is literally a few streets over so you can stop the house upon arrival. The property manager had excellent communication with anything we needed and was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our girls trip. It’s very close to the beach, shopping, food, and nightlife. The property manager was very communicative and she gave us great options for our trip. The house was really clean and they provided more supplies than any other rental we’ve stayed in. I would stay here again with family since there’s so much to do in this area and it’s a great house. Zero complaints!

The house was absolutely gorgeous! Everything from the front grilling area to the beautiful kitchen, the huge laundry room, all the spacious bedrooms and the primary bathroom walk-in shower just unbelievable!! We used the spa while we were there, as the weather was a little chilly, it was just wonderful! We would definitely stay Here again.

Nice Stay Great Communication

This home is wonderful adults travelling with teenagers! Plenty of their own ‘space’. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

I was disappointed that there was a lot of ongoing construction taking place all over the neighborhood but I wasn’t informed about it until the day before we were scheduled to leave. Most of the streets were dug-up or impassable. Dump trucks and huge work lights were all throughout the neighborhood during the entire visit. As someone who cleans vacation properties as a business; I was surprised to see that the house had not been maintained. Upon our initial walk-through, we noticed the floors had not been swept nor mopped, the counters had crumbs and ants. We ended up pulling ALL of the towels and bedding to wash and dry before using. We never once sat on either couch because it looked like it had seen better days. Now for the positive— the space was accommodating for what we were looking for but the furniture was outdated and suspect. We basically hung out in the kitchen our entire stay. Finally—there was gum and a nose guard I guess from a previous stay so we were hesitant to use the pool as well.

Great location for a fun family vacation. Kind host, and great house with pool and hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The only thing that was not in our plans was the street and the draw way condition but we understood they were under construction. Besides that, the house was perfect!! Thank you

Everything about the listing was accurate. Location was great, really close to the beach. Pool and rooms were amazing. It was hard to leave the home, very relaxing and cozy!
