Stayed Nov 3, 2025House was in good condition, bright, inviting and in a great location to access beaches, restaurants and golf. Kitchen was well equipped and there was everything we needed for the stay including beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. Having a pool in Florida is always really nice. With a few improvements I would give it a 5 star. The mattress were way too soft for our old backs. LOL. Also, the pool area needed a good cleaning. Some of the furniture out there was broken and mildewy. The grill was usable but the insides were well worn and needed replacing. Also, the pool needed a good vacuuming.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024Patio furniture broken. Pool not heated. Air hockey table all screws were falling out of it. I instructed my kids not to play with it. We did not want to be blamed for it falling apart. Fridge shelving cracked and falling apart so we were limited on space in the fridge. Even though the pool was freezing it did not stop my kids from swimming and the odd thing was everytime we stepped out side the cameras were turned on and they watched us for a second then the lights would turn off and randomly back on we thought that to be odd but oh well. There will for sure be footage of me in my underware. Lol Other than that we had an amazing time and the house was beautiful. Great location. My 3 yr old daughter bumped in to a side table next to the couch and an anchor statue fell and broke the price tag was still on the bottom and it was 17.99 from the at home store. We sent a message letting the host know and asked if we could buy something similar and replace it, but we never heard back from the host.
