What an amazing home!! Close to down town and restaurant. That is if u want to leave the home so much to do. The theater room wow!

We loved our stay here, especially the kids. It was such a unique stay that the kids will talk about forever! Especially finding the hidden room on our last day there, filled with even more fun surprises, games, and entertainment. Peter was such an excellent host with remarkable communications too. Great house uniquely designed. Great family get away. Only issue ice maker didn’t work but all else fabulous. Great location to great restaurants, beaches and fishing. Would definitely recommend.

The home was beyond what we expected. Cleanliness was on pointQuite locationPlenty amenities available and enjoyed each one.The decor was really enjoyed by the grandkids who picked out the place. They saw pictures online and were not disapppointed when we arrived.One thing that really stuck out were the dishes and pot/pans being so clean and in great condition. Previous homes we have rentend have rusted pots/pans and stained dishes. There was also more than one toilet tissue refill in each bathroom which was a plus.The overall stay was awesome. Would reccommend to others.

This place was absolutely amazing!! My family had the best time! We definitely will be coming back to stay here! The host was very friendly and always there to help out with any concerns!!! We highly recommend this place!!!!!

Beautifully decorated home, very creative and fun themes in each room. Our family of 9 with two toddlers had a wonderful time here. Plenty of towels, linens, toys, bikes, beach stuff, so many game we couldn’t get to them all. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked including spices. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was great in the evening. Outdoor golf,and bowling lane were A lot of fun too! Don’t miss out on staying here. Our host was so helpful and nice. We had a wonderful family vacation here!

Hands down the best place we have stayed at our kids have nominated this house as their #1 The weather ended up not being great but it was okay! We didnt even need to leave the house so much to do. The theater was the crowd favorite … owner was amazing and super responsive. 10/10 recommend!

What an amazing house! So much attention to detail. Our teens were in heaven! The decor is mind blowing, worth every penny. The jacuzzi gets super hot which was perfect. Grocery store & restaurants are 5 minutes away. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, great pans too!

One of the coolest houses ive ever been in. The themed rooms, the cleanliness, and everything you need is there. Whoever designed and decorated the rooms, and the attention to detail are amazing! The only negative thing I could say is, the listing says that there is a murphy bed in the play room but there is not, its a roll away bed in a closet. Certainly not a deal breaker. If you have kids they will love it all. Thanks Peter for being a great host. If we find ourselves back in that area we would definitely rent again.

I gotta say this place has had a lot of thought and effort put into the designing it’s very creative and the atmosphere is great! Movie theater is spacious the hot tub and the pool was a great touch to my stay here my family and friends enjoyed the place hands down will probably rebook in the future I had a great time and Peter was very communicative about everything!

We had a great time staying at the property. Everything was just as described. There were so many different things to do in the house that there was no need to go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

What an awesome time at the Amenity Paradise in Palm Harbor! The theme rooms were so unique and what detail went into the decor, the theater room was such a hit with the whole family, adults and grandkids truly enjoyed family time. Great memories for all.
