Stayed Mar 1, 2025The property was as described. Parking was at the front door. She provided some bottled water and snacks which was very well received. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The only issue was the coffee maker which she said she would be fixing. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 19, 2024Patrice, our host, was very easy to contact, friendly, and responsive. The entry and departure instructions were clear, and the location was convenient for access to our favorite Green Valley activities. We also appreciated the basket of snacks and bottle of wine welcoming us! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Stayed Jan 21, 2024This property is very clean and roomy and comfortable and quiet, and the location is very convenient. The kitchen is very well equipped, the living room is comfortable, and there are lovely views of a valley in the back. You hear javelinas and coyotes in the night and deer walk right up to the patio. Lovely walking through the adjacent subdivision and on the Canoa Hills Trails. Favourite restaurants are Coyote Grill and Manuel’s. Favourite destinations are Mount Lemon, Patagonia, Tubac, Whitewater Draw, Bisbee, Chiricahua Mountains. Enjoy the beautiful blue open skies of Arizona! !

Stayed Mar 20, 2024While the space met our needs, I feel it neccessary to share a couple of items: The master bedroom door doesn't stay shut on its own, had to use a towel all week, the dryer is tumbling, but doesn't dry clothes, and there was no cable TV (local stations, or channels to watch NCAA basketball the whole week we were there, which was really disappointing. I ended up having to subscribe to YouTube TV just to watch the games! The wine and snacks left by the owner were nice, but these other items made the trip more challenging.
