Located in Trendy Neighborhood with Both Desert and Mountain Views

The mountain view is incredible and the area has so much to offer. This roomy home is 2 blocks from the pool, craft studios, and gathering areas. The patio is great for quiet leisure and the living area is excellent for sharing with guests. Folks are friendly and welcoming and Green Valley has a wide range of classes and activities. These are just a few of the reasons we keep coming back!

Upon entering the property I immediately could tell that it had been kept in top condition. The living room, dining room and kitchen had an open feeling and would be comfortable to entertain and enjoy. Everything sparkled. The carpet was clean, the cupboards included all the necessary cooking items one would need to have. The backyard faced the open space and all the cactus and birds made for a lovely place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the patio and gaze at either the sunset or sunrise. The SantaRita mountains make for spectacular scenery. The decor throughout the house had a Southwestern feel. The master bedroom had a king size mattress with a beautiful armoire with a TV inside. A big closet and an attached bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom was off the kitchen. It made for a great guest room. You could shut it off for privacy .The twin beds, bathroom, and closet made it a comfortable space. There was a two car garage attached to the house. The washer and dryer were located in the garage. I liked the privacy it afforded one, because of the open space, no one was backed up against the house. I liked the neighborhood. It was convenient and close enough to walk to the swimming pool and clubhouse. I found the grounds to be well kept and clean!

We used the Santa Rita recreation Center daily. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The shopping center is approximately a 10 minute drive. There is a hospital ~5 minute drive. We loved the open space private walking path with the nice views of the golf course. The Golf course surrounds the subdivision. We will be returning to stay at this lovely property again

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. Nice and bright and clean.Great views of Santa Rita's from living room and patio. Just a short stroll from Green Valley Recreation Centre with excellent pool area - and small friendly gym. We have recommended this to friends who have also enjoyed their stay here. Lots of pluses in this condo. .Negatives - small TV in living room seems a long way from sitting area. Better to watch TV in master bedroom.Carpet in living room getting tired and worn. Large expanse of tile in entrance, kitchen and dining room. Too bad there wasn't more tile, less carpet. All in all, good location,size,views and well equipped.
