Relaxing Getaway on False River, with Swimming Pool, Hot Tub & Outdoor Kitchen

House was amazing. Very clean, spacious, and the hosts were some of the best I have experienced. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time reconnecting with family and friends in this beautifully, well stocked home. The pool and outside kitchen was a wonderful gathering spot. There were many nice extra touches and I really appreciated a kitchen that had plenty of bowls, pots and dish towels. My only reason for a four rating on cleanliness was the second level porch needs to be power washed badly, but I have stayed at many places on false River and this one is by far the best we definitely will be back.

Everything was fabulous.

Area is beautiful. The property itself is perfectly setup. The layout is amazing. Everything was thought of with this property. Is absolutely perfect. Outdoor area could not be better arranged.

Danny and Alys are top notch hosts. They didn't leave one stone unturned. We had three families stay for a week. Plenty of space to spread out and feel as though you are with your family on vacation coupled with some great common areas to join with your friends for some fun and relaxation. I highly recommend this property. Exceeded my expectations x10.

The entire property is beautiful! While it was great bringing the family together, it’s large enough if someone wants “me” time there is enough room! The outside has enough to do while everyone can still be connected. The hosts have thought of everything. We do a week each year in different places and this by far was the best location.

Our stay was beyond expectations. The house had everything a big group would need. All the rooms were spacious. The pool area had everything we needed that we were hardly inside except to sleep. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Baton Rouge.

1st class property with multiple amenities to include nice mattresses, heated toilet, pool, screened in patio, outdoor cooking area, and a beautiful lake view. The fishing was wonderful, the outdoors were fabulous and the kitchen was well stocked! Loved our stay!

We rented this house for a bowling group. Everything went very smoothly they kept in contact with everything and made everything go smoothly for us.

We had a great week at this property. Weather wasn’t always great but the property has fantastic sitting areas for any type of weather.

The house was a fibulas place to stay. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, the hot tub and pool. Very quiet town and enjoyed the local businesses places. Great hosts to work with, always kept us informed

The owner was always immediately available to answer any questions ....very attentive! Fabulous home and excellent location.

Our extended family converged for pool fun, games and a lot of food for 5 days and a great time was had by all! This property is so beautiful, well kept and stocked with all the comforts of home. Working with Danny and Alys on the planning was so easy as they are very responsive and hospitable. We cannot recommend their beautiful home enough!

This place was amazing ! We had large group and were very comfortable , The house is very spacious , Clean , Beautiful!! The Pool and Dock were perfect and the cook area had everything you need !! 5 plus Stars , Can't wait to go back, Loved the town as well and the Catholic Church is Beautiful and a mile away . Highly Recommend this Lake House , You want be disappointed .

Amazing property. Has everything you need. The pool and outdoor patio area awesome. House well stocked and clean. Spacious for our group and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces are so comfortable and relaxing. Danny was very helpful and provides great communication.

We had a wonderful time at the house. The owners were wonderful with communication the entire time and we really enjoyed the outdoor area for swimming, cooking and watching movies. Highly recommend for a nice family getaway.

We found this property to be super clean and beautiful. Well stocked, so that made it nice, only needing to bring our food. Communication with the owner/manager was top notch as well. They were extremely helpful and even went out of their way to find us a source of fresh crawfish. The pool and adjoining kitchen/living area were amazing. We spent all day there, only using the house to sleep. The house had everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were big and roomy. The kitchen was my dream kitchen. We’ve been doing a family vacation for several years and this is, without a doubt, the nicest place we’ve been to.
