Great accommodations; the host seems to have thought of everything. It was centrally located from where we needed to be and enjoyed a day and half of utilizing the R&R features this property offered.

So many details. They have a multipoint charger in the kitchen that works for any phone. They left a toy for both dogs. There is a dog room to leave him safely when we went out to dinner. The fenced yard is awesome. The entire property is well maintained and well supplied. The had a little coffee for us to start. Beds were very comfortable. They even have a hot tub. I feel my thoughts are disorganized but the best thing I can say is we hope to stay there again.

We cannot wait to stay here again!Every step of the way from beginning to end was seem less and enjoyable! The host is as perfect as they come! Communication was immediate and friendly! Amenities were clean and ready to use. The little gift basket with a toy and treats for our dog was beyond generous. The entire property is flawless! Just beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! Our trip was to attend the C-10 Nationals and this location is the best of all worlds... 20 minutes from the Nashville SuperSpeedway and not much further to downtown Nashville. Gas stations, convenience stores and even a shopping plaza with Walmart and other big name places are only 5-10 minutes away. The neighborhood is blissfully quiet. Waking up to a nearby rooster was softly charming. Even the goats next door were so cute and only made noise when our dog went to the fence to play with them All the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms are immaculate and delightfully decorated. The overall atmosphere is peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. It's in an excellent location with the right amount of privacy. No glitches or any problems at all with the WiFi. Connected quickly and easily. The Blackstone grill left our food tasting delicious! A/C works great! Nice and cool our whole stay. We absolutely loved staying here!! I didn't want to leave . The house is adorable, the beds are super comfy, the dog room/mud room is handy, and the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Our dogs loved the huge yard and gawking at the goats next door. A couple of extra favorites were how much natural light we could let into the house and that there wasn't a house directly behind the backyard which made the view more serene in the mornings. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, yard games, or outdoor gazebo bar area but we checked them out and definitely wish we would've had the time to do all of that while we were there. On top of everything else, Shawna was amazing! She was so accommodating and communicated efficiently with us. She even checked in with us on our arrival date to make sure we got in and settled ok. This will probably be our family's go to rental anytime we're in the area from now on, especially when we've got the dogs with us. We definitely recommend it!!

We absolutely fell in love with the place right from the start. The outdoor bar/grill/TV is the perfect addition and we found ourselves out there quite a bit. Really enjoyed spending the mornings relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying coffee on the porch. Shawna was an excellent host and left such great detail oriented notes that we had no questions whatsoever. We absolutely recommend this house to anyone planning on staying in the greater Nashville area. 5 stars for sure!

Took a weekend trip to celebrate my soon to be brother-in-law and this house was absolutely perfect. Everything was in good working order, the house was spotless, and every part of the property is stocked with anything you could need. The host, Shawna, was fantastic, and check in and check out were a breeze. I would 100% stay here again!

We stayed 3 nights and loved our stay. Place was clean, beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and the price was great! Would definitely consider staying again if we get back in the area.

Fabulous property to stay for a vacation. Amazing large back garden with bbq, games, fire pit and hot tub. Great location to visit Nashville, only a 40 minute drive away - but nice to come back to a peaceful, tranquil location. Highly recommended!

Our stay could not have been better! Shawna was an amazing host. She was so nice to work with. Shawna went above and beyond with all of her personal touches during our stay. The home is just lovey! Beautiful decore, cozy, quite and a great location. The backyard with the firepit, and outdoor bar is a great bonus. This house has everything you need for wonderful stay.

We were some nurses just looking for a good weekend away. The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s beautiful. The yard is big. The details for a stay were amazing. The makeup specific wash cloths, to the games to play, to the suggestions of where to go. We walked the neighborhood every morning and everyone waves. The communication with the host was fantastic. We plan to stay again in the future.

This owner has thought of everything! House it's self is so cute and very roomy. We had two couples stay and we where never in each other's way. It rained the whole trip but we had so much fun with the games supplied and even the hot tub! Would definitely stay again!

We loved to place! It was everything we needed as we moved to the area but waited in our house to close. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly need! Fenced it yard and dog room was so fantastic for our doggos and our kiddo was so excited about the goats next door. We stayed for 12 days, so we also got a welcome gift that was thoughtful, including dog toys, kid toy, and a wood piece. Cannot recommend this place enough. So great!

This place has it all….hot tub, fire pit, outdoor TVs with a bar and Blackstone grill! It’s only half an hour to Nashville so you can go explore but it’s quiet and relaxing while at the house. The owners did a great job and providing anything you might need during your stay.

This property has all the amenities for a fun yet relaxing time with family and/or friends! The host is extremely organized and provides instruction binders for how to utilize the hot tub, grill, mini bar, etc. Shawna went above and beyond to make our trip extra special to celebrate a 40th birthday! She offered to decorate the home for us and was very accommodating to let us extend our stay a day. It was about a 25 minute Uber to Broadway and a 12 minute Uber to Whiskey Dix in Murfreesboro. We highly recommend booking this property for your next getaway!

We needed a rental for a baseball tournament in the greater Nashville area. Thanks to exceptional hosts, every step of the process was great; Shawna was a great communicator before, during, and after our stay. The property is completely clean and welcoming, with plenty of space for my family. It has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a fantastic grill area. My family thoroughly enjoyed the welcome basket, ease of location, comfort level, and all of the humorous signs and design elements. My family didn't have time to use all of the games (indoor and outdoor) that were available, but there was a great selection. The hot tub was great for easing tightness for our player and his fans. If my family or anyone I know is going to this general area, I will first look for this property. It is the best overall vacation rental experience. We travel a lot for baseball, and this property and host made us feel like we were at home!
