Everything was lovely and the backyard area is a gem!

Adorable cottage, packed with amenities!!!! Plenty of sleeping space. We loved relaxing on the back porch in this very peaceful neighborhood. Central located to all the town has to offer.

Very cute property! Well equipped. Loved that there were bikes available for our use. Great town to bike around in.

We were aware that the check in time was 4 pm and contacted the host when we arrived in Rock Hall around 11:30 am. The host told me the house should be ready at 2 pm because the prior booking did not leave until the 11:00 am check out. We were not into the house until 3:10 pm. One of our travelers is a leukemia patient and wanted to lie down. The prior guests must have made a real mess for the 1 person cleaning. We made attempts to log into the wifi but there was no internet service.

Very... Very nice home. Clean. Plenty of supplies. Beds and furniture comfortable. Everything was spectacular! We loved staying here!

My family had a great stay. My sister and nephew drove down from CT, my aunt and cousins came from DE and we drove up from VA. Perfect location. We could walk around the cute town, BBQ on the deck, play games and ride bikes.

This was our first trip to Rock Hall but won’t be our last. This house made the trip very enjoyable. It was very comfortable, clean, and felt like a home. The house has plenty of space for the six of us and had everything you could want or need during your stay. It is close by to many things to do in the town and near the water. The hosts were so nice and went out of their way to make it a memorable experience. Exceptional rental property and would highly recommend to anyone. We can’t wait to come back!

I really enjoyed staying at this property. I had no concerns about safety. I was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the tools to cook. The list of information and instructions was also very helpful. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful house to stay in for the holidays. Beautifully decorated for Christmas in a quiet neighborhood with a water view. Was a very cozy home away from home for the holiday!

We had an annual girls trip at this property last weekend and it was perfect and as described! The local food recommendations were on point and the house was clean and well stocked with all we needed. Thank you for opening your home to us!

This property was great for our group of 6 adults. Plenty of space for us to hang out, comfortable rooms and beds, the kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately with the weather we weren’t able to use the outside much but it was very cute and looked cozy! It is a short walk to Main Street with cute shops, a grocery store and coffee shop. We all would happily come back again!

Rock Hall is the perfect little bay town and this property captures that same appeal. Spacious home with great outdoor space. Lovely neighborhood for walks and bike rides. Everything in home worked perfectly. We are certain to return.

The 6 of us came down for Waterman's triathlon weekend. The location is less than a .5 mile from the end of the race which was great! The bedrooms were big and spacious. The outdoor grill and outdoor space were fantastic. We wish the kitchen and common spaces were a little larger, but we can't always get what we wish for! We would definitely stay there again! Family gathered for the weekend to celebrate our parents/grandparents who both recently passed this year. They owned a house in Rock Hall for 25 years, where we had regular family gatherings, giving us so many fond memories. The weekend was bittersweet as we returned to Rock Hall for the first time in years. The house was lovely, cozy, has a great deck, fire pit and shed with well taken care of bikes and games. It was clean and beds were comfortable. We would stay there again. Thank you for renting your home for others to enjoy!

This was a beautiful place to stay we all loved it, spacious, clean, exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable the neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors were friendly and like I said the place is gorgeous

Clean, high quality kitchen and cooking equipment (not always true of rentals!), quiet and safe neighborhood for kids to ride bikes, spacious bedrooms, quality mattresses and bedding, great outdoor spaces for hanging out (yard is bigger than it looks in photos). Only drawback is the relatively small living space (kitchen/dining/living room) for our large group of six adults and 3 young kids. But the variety of things to do in Rock Hall and surrounding areas kept us out and about most of the time. Very mellow, quiet but friendly and fun part of the Eastern Shore. Hosts were helpful responded to questions immediately. Five stars!

It was our first time staying in Rock Hall and this Cozy cottage was perfect! We vacationed with family ranging in all ages and it was enjoyed by all (even our dog). The neighborhood was cute, the view was great, and the location was close to everything! I truly have no complaints and we look forward to vacationing here again!

This property was very nicely decorated and the cleanliness is a big thing for me and it was so clean ease of checking in having the towels and sheets already there and a very nice little basket when we got there we definitely stay here again
