Relaxed Mountain Living Near Minnewaska | Dream House in the Gunks

I was very happy with the property. I shared the place with my adult children for a family wedding. It was wonderful to have some quality, screenfree, engaging time with them. We took full advantage of the games and cards provided. The bedding was sooo comfy that I came home and ordered the same pillows that were there. I would definitely add the fact that the water is “well water” to the listing so people know in advance to bring water. All in all a great experience.

The place has a quiet serene tasteful ambience. Well designed house with ease of movement and double door entry through teh back too. The summer would be lovely inheh back porch. We did have to scan my driving license again through a seperate portal, but vrbo assured me that was okay. Quiet beautiful, well kept place. A very nice sitout and porch at the back. We were here early spring, comfy cozy bed with minimalist but tasteful decor. Had all t the basic utensils, coffee, tea sugar etc. Kitche+ dining table + porch all make a great homely feel. Great location with access to the Minnewaska park/ Mohonk preserve day trip/Peterkill. top 1% of the places we stayed in.

Beautiful house with a lovely kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. The decks were nice, though adding more comfortable seating would make them even better.

Clean, welcoming, great location.

The location was perfect. Loved to house. Very clean. Beds were super comfortable!! Everything we needed. One suggestion. There is a side window in the master bedroom and very sheer curtains. People left lights on house next door all night plus when they drive in late at night light shown in the window all night making it hard to sleep. Could use a blind like on other windows. The wood stove kept us toast roasty. We had one when we lived there. Didnt really mind no TV. Would definitely stay there again !!

Property is gorgeous, comfortable, and in nature. There were deer on the front lawn and we even saw beers passing by behind. Amazing! We were there through some bad weather and the house was cosy and warm - and prepped for our comfort on arrival which made all the difference.We spent a day hiking in Minnewaska Nature Park which was beautiful and just down the road.

The Dream House was everything that we wanted, charming, clean, easy to find, close to everything. And Serg and his team were super responsive and friendly in every interaction. Will absolutely recommend staying here.

This little house is so much better in person. Clean, well outfitted and just a great restful get away. It's very quiet and so close to so many great options. Will definitely return!

A great mini vacation in a quiet and peaceful location, yet with all the home convenience so my wife and I could enjoy every minute of our stay in this beautiful vacation house.
