Stayed Mar 2, 2025The location was fantastic. Midway between the Springs and Sumter Landing. The home was well equipped, and the golf cart was newer. Having a preserve in the back yard was a bonus. I would have rated it a 5 but they could have dispensed with some of the personal items in the home and replaced the bedding. The property management company was great. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dishwasher leaked several times on to kitchen floor.Clothes dryer required 2 cycles to dry clothes.Internet low speed, frequently dropped out.(Called for internet issue-was not resolved.)Disappointed there was no outside grill.Poor selection of knives in kitchen. (mismatched)Cooking utensils worn down/need to be replaced. (Spatulas, cooking spoons)Mr. Coffee on counter made Lukewarm coffee. Guest bathroom shower did not work. And hot water worked intermittently.Could not use vacuum cleaner as it emitted horrible smell. Golf cart was over- governed for low speed.

The house has everything you need - one of the cleanest places I have every stayed in and that includes many hotels. Conveniently located to so many activities plus easy access to pools.

Light bulbs blew out within first week of rental. Overall it was a good house in a good location.
