Many recent updates include; beach decor, new carpeting, new furniture and brightly painted walls. 30 executive and 9 championship golf courses are available with owner ID ($50 fee), as well as 3 town squares with lots of shopping, dining and entertainment. Rec centers and many pools are also there for your use. The electric 4 seater golf cart is included with rental. $125 cleaning fee is required at time of rental.

Stayed May 3, 2021I greatly enjoyed my stay in this home. The decor was beach-inspired and very well done. Everything I needed for my stay was here--cooking utensils, washer and dryer, comfortable rooms. The hosts provided a golf cart with the rental, but I chose to rent a car as my stay was short. The neighborhood is lovely, with two or three pools within easy walking distance. Long walks around the neighborhood became a daily regimen for me. I'd highly recommend this home to anyone exploring The Villages, or returning.

Stayed Mar 13, 2021Very nice home in a nice area of The Villages in Florida. The home was beautifully decorated. I wish I had an eye for decor like that. It was well appointed and we could easily make a few of our meals there. There was also a lot of restaurants just a short drive away. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. We barely used the golf cart but it was nice and worked well. We had a great, relaxing time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
