Everything was just as pictured in the listing. It was a good size for our family and the location was really convenient. The neighborhood was really quiet.

Our group (6 adults & 2 teenagers) felt the house was perfect for our stay in Nashville. Communication was always very prompt and check in/out instructions were easy & clear. We will definitely book this house again when in Nashville.

Beautiful Property, But Hostile and Unprofessional HostThe property itself was absolutely gorgeous — well-maintained, scenic, and had great potential for a peaceful getaway. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the host.The owner approached my family in a rude and accusatory manner over something we did not do, which made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they ran over one of our tables with their vehicle — an alarming and completely unacceptable action.It’s a shame such a beautiful place is paired with such hostility and unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking a respectful and stress-free stay.

The house was a described. Very welcoming, all amenities as described and very clean. Scarlett was very responsive with ama questions we had.

Very nice home with ample space and old Nashville charm. Hosts were very responsive and we very much enjoyed our stay.

The check in process was smooth and easy. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook dinner, including spices! The central ac worked great and kept every room cool during the hot days. Plenty of space to park. The only complications we had were with the washer and dryer not working properly. But the host was quick to respond to our messages and made sure to check it out after our stay. Overall loved the home, and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

The house is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to downtown, but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time in Nashville. Love this place and can’t wait to go back!

Second time renting Cumberland Cottage, and like before was completely awesome experience. The house is just as described, lots of room , close to everything and the owners are Nothing but the Best to deal with, will continue to rent this cottage on future trips.
