Very clean and cozy. This place is quiet, and the amenities outdoor are perfect to spend quality time with the family. Location was great for us, KP Hole walking distance, Rainbow State Park justa few minutes away. Grocery stores very close also.

The cabin was lovely. The bed was comfortable great area for a family with kids couple of different fireplaces and the cabins were much more spacious than a hotel room. Close to a swimming hole.

Wonderful all around. Would definitely come back. Thank you so much to the host as well!!

Our host Sunny was wonderful. He answered all of our questions and gave us wonderful recommendations. His place was within walking distance to KP Hile so we didn’t need to park our car at the parking lot. The place was clean and very comfortable. At the time the stove wasn't working but it woyld have been fixed if it weren't a weekend. Anyway, the owner addressed the problem right away. We will certainly come back.

Sunny is amazing!!! He was so responsive when communicating before and during out stay. The house was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, there was ample room in the kitchen, and we had a washer/dryer to use. KP Hole was close so we could access the Rainbow River with ease and only a 20 min driver to get into town. We had plenty of room to park an SUV with a kayak trailer. Rainbow River Bungalows was quiet and well maintained.

The bungalow was clean and comfortable and host answered our questions promptly. I would have given all 5’s except the map on the listing makes it look like the property is on the river, which it is not. You do get access to launch at KP Hole park, but not to swim there, only to launch kayaks (according to the KP staff). The pictures also show an area with games, but we did not find that.

Great location, facility is well maintained. Place has everything needed. I did have to clean the shower and the floor, because it was not clean well. But, overall this place was a great place to get away. And be close to both KP Hole and Rainbow Spring parks.

Home was spacious and very clean, well put together. We did have to pay for the kayaks, which I wasn't expecting, as well as a launch fee at KP Hole. If you are ill in any way (I am going through Chemo), it's a long hard walk with the kayaks to KP Hole, about 10minutes, I timed it three times. The park is really nice, great amenities and the people were all very nice.

This i a very nice place to stay. Sunny is a great host. I am a guitar player but didnt want to check my guitar while flying and carry it along with bagage. I asked Sunny if he had any access to accoustic guitar just as whim. But, Sunny came through with my off the wall request. It was a great week!

Comfortable stay, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Super close to KP hole, complementary passes available for KP hole for launching paddle boards and kayaks. Great place, would stay here again.

This is a well planned space in a small community with all the the needs of a short, or extended stay, provided. From the living room with recliners, a fully supplied kitchen with modern appliances and ammenites, the laundry (nice to have when one is planning on enjoying the nearby creek resort paddle boarding, floating, kayaking and swimming), to the bedrooms and baths. Much care has been taken to assure the guests needs are met. The host is very responsive and caring. The location is central to many of Florida's other Springs and attractions as well.

Loved the location and the amenities. The porch was a nice evening spot though wish it had a fan being that it was July. Loved the full kitchen and used to pack lunches for our paddling at KP hole min away. Nice and Tranquil.

Very clean and cozy home! Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Location was perfect and very safe. Sunny was very kind and communicative throughout the check in and check out process as well! Will definitely be booking here again. :)

Great get away for the family! We recommend going to Rainbow River that is about a 10 minute drive away and is the most beautiful area for all day swimming and is only 5 to enter the park.

We love our stays here since it is conveniently located near KP Hole and access to the Rainbow Springs. The home is well stocked and comfortable for all of us.

It was a great stay. I loved that the air was nice and cold. Ice maker worked which was also very nice. Things that could be improved, paint touch ups, kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Also I love a ceiling fan in the bedrooms.

We went for a girls get-a-way and found this cute bungalow perfect. Close to the Rainbow River and KP Hole. Very clean and well equipped and easy parking. Fun to hang out in the front porch. This is a great place to get to the Rainbow River. Thanks so much.

We loved staying in the bungalow. It was relaxing and enjoyable. Overall cleanliness of the area could have been better but not terrible. All in all I would definitely return.

We had a lovely stay at somewhere over the rainbow Our accommodations were lovely and just as advertised. The proximity to KP Hole for kayak rentals and rainbow springs for tubing were perfect for our trip. I would highly recommend this location, it is a wonderful place for multifamily get togethers and exploring Rainbow Springs.

It was the perfect distance from the KP Hole and the state park. We were able to canoe and enjoy the river with ease.The house was clean and stocked with everything that we neededI would definitely stay at this location again and recommend it to anybody heading to the rainbow Springs area….

The property itself was great. Roomy, clean and had everything we needed. Checkin was easy with clear instructions.The only reason I did not give 5 stars on accuracy of description and location and neighborhood was regarding the closeness of the County Park and free access to it.The walk to the park took us around 10 minutes, not two and we had to walk along a road, not a path. The county park, KP Hole would allow us to launch a boat, kayak or Paddleboard from their property but could not park a vehicle there. However, we wanted to launch our Tubes from there to float down river to a house family members were staying at. The Park has a rule of No Tube launch unless you rent the tubes from them. Then the tube ride is approximately 4 hours long. We had experienced the 4 hour long tube ride last summer and knew we did not want to ride that long again. The whole tube rental had nothing to do with our VRBO property rental but we wish we knew that ahead of time and would have planned accordingly.

Came to Rainbow River to specifically swim with the manatees. This location was excellent. Near KP Hole with boat ramp, kayaks, swimming and so much more. Especially enjoyed the hammocks. The manatee adventure was fun too. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Cute place. Convenient to attractions and amenities. Nice towels and sheets. Everything worked!

The property was very close to the Rainbow River and kayak rentals, so it was a great location. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The towels could use a refresh/replace and the kitchen needs a bit of a deep clean.

We visit for snorkeling, swimming and kayaking a couple times a year and the bungalows are our favorite quiet community. The home was clean and well stocked with many necessities provided. We had a wonderful stay.

This property was very clean and welcoming as soon as we got there! Had a few questions and the owner responded within an hour or so with extra information. I would definitely stay here again and have already referred this place to others.

Was an amazing family time. The place is beautiful and family friendly. The bungalow was clean and everything available. Plenty of sheets, pillows, towels...even toiletries. The owner left recomendations for places to visit in the area.
