Very quiet, house was beautiful will try and book this next year for sure

The location of this property is great, super close to town. They are on the water and sitting on the back porch was divine. The neighbors were friendly too. A couple issues, the house isn't very clean, there were dead bugs everywhere (at least they were dead), the pots and pans were dirty as well as some plates and silverware. We pretty much had to wash everything before we used it. There is no hair dryer so make sure to bring your own. Other than the master bed, the others are very uncomfortable.

Lakeview. Beautiful home, spacious. Enjoyed walking to the water everyday to fish with my son.

We really enjoyed our stay with our dogs! The house had a great large living area that opened up to a great view of the lake/river. The house was one of many that line a waterfront loop. Neighbors were quiet and we felt like the only ones there most of the time. Sitting down by the water at sunset was magic! Also enjoyed an evening up the way at Boat Town for dinner with burgers and live music. We will be back!

We had an enjoyable time. Plenty of room for our family event and outdoor activities.

Amazing we absolutely loved our stay, we enjoyed fishing and enjoyed swimming ! House smelt great nice beautiful views we look forward to future visits !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fishing in the morning behind the house and drove 5 minutes to Llano Slab in the evening. Peaceful and quiet. The house has everything you need. Food options close in Kingsland and Marble Falls only takes 15 minute drive. Easy check in process. We will be back!

We had a blast! The river was perfect for catfishing and habing fun on the kayaks. Woth the water lvl being shallow in most spots (3' to 6') it was a perfect swimming spot for the kiddos. Neighbors were nice and welcoming. Our families will definitely be booking this location again for a get away.

Loved coming back home to the hill country and being back where I grew up and going to crawfish festival in a awesome,peaceful, beautiful home

The house was exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. I slept in the twin in the sunroom, and it was great. We booked a fishing guide and needed a place to stay. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and telling stories. We found spices in the kitchen, but no oil. Also, bring your own bath wash and shampoo. The neighbors are nice and we enjoyed brief chats.

The house was clean and well equipped, - plenty of kitchen items. Our only complaint would be the numerous cob webs under the covering of the deck. Spiders came down from the covering onto my husband twice. I understand Texas has bugs, but spraying the deck and under the covering a day or so before guests might help.
