Relax & Refresh at Sylvia’s Cottage — Private Pool Near Rosemary Beach

Great location! House was very accommodating. Close to beach and restaurants.Online inaccuracy--This is not a 4 bedroom. The bunk room has a very wide entrance with no door. Made it hard for young children and baby.Had issues with the heater for pool/spa which was reimbursed.Lack of maintenance of outside large patio and pool. These areas were filled with seedlings and debris from overhead trees. We understand, but large areas needed to be blown every other day. Pool filled with seedlings. Filter going all night you would think would skim. Too small for net to pick up.Filtered water and ice was an amenity that lacked. The house needed one but they didn't keep one stocked for this home.

Clean, exactly as described, great location. However, the pool heater did not work, the AC took an entire day to cool, and the Wifi had to be restarted, but they were quick to try to resolve all the above issues. It IS unfortunate that we had to evacuate due to a hurricane 2 days in and these agreements do not allow for ANY flexibility on rescheduling or compensation.

For example, broken hardware, dingy furniture, molded shower curtain and a pool with many missing tiles. The towels and sheets at least appeared clean. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The house is beautiful! It was perfect! We had plenty of room and the beds were so comfortable. It’s a close walk to the beach and to the other amenities. We would love to stay here again!

The home was perfect for us - enough space for all, greats patios, nice backyard and pool. The beach was just a quick two minute walk and the main town area just a couple minutes further. It could not have been more convenient.

Sylvia’s cottage was the perfect spot for our group. Close to the beach and pool and had everything we needed.

We had a kiddo with us and the walk to the beach and downtown was the perfect distance. The house was gorgeous and bedroom/bathrooms were perfect for 3 couples and some kids! We used the beach cruisers and were able to rent a kids bike near by. We are definitely going to come back. Thank you for such an awesome time!
