Private pool (heat or chill for a fee), enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, park-style charcoal grill, sea wall with 185-foot private dock, and under-house concrete parking.

PET FRIENDLY- $75 pet fee per dog, up to 2 dogs only under 80 lbs. each
