Stayed Jan 11, 2025We just completed a month-long stay on this property and it was absolutely delightful! The home was clean, the rooms are spacious, the neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We also enjoyed that even though you are in a neighborhood, this house is somewhat secluded and enjoys some good privacy. Our host was extremely responsive and we found that this location was close to the many areas in and around Naples that we enjoy. It was everything that was promised ... and more! We would highly recommend this home.

Stayed Feb 7, 2024The house is very accurately described. It is lovely with 3 very spacious bedrooms each comfortably able to accommodate 2 adults. The lanai area has ample comfortable seating, a nice southern exposure with a view of the beautiful backyard outside the lanai. My family and I all thought it was more beautiful than portrayed in the pictures. The house sits on an acre and the backyard has several palm trees and outlined by a lovely pond. It is such a nice setting to drink your morning coffee, sunbathe, enjoy the late afternoon and just have a zen time without needing to go to the beach. Marco is the most responsive property manager with whom I’ve ever worked. He responds virtually immediately and fully resolves any issues quickly and graciously. A real difference maker! I highly recommend this home.
