Relax in our Charming Beach House with community pool in Summer Place at OIB!

Wonderful house that was clean, well stocked and the host was amazing to communicate with. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

The location of this place is perfect! The hostess was quick to resolve any problems we had at the beginning of the week. Made great memories here! I love the front porch! Great for reading and Bible study!Having everything needed to walk and play at the beach more easily was a bonus! Fantastic house!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Kim & Chris's home. Kim is an excellent host, she answered all my questions (I asked a lot) very quickly. The house was very clean upon arrival. You can tell a lot of thought was put into furnishing the house, well stocked kitchen, nice bedding and looks to be recently updated as well. A really nice touch was that they provided beach chairs and boogie boards so we didn't have to bring our own!! We will be renting this home again next year.

The property was just as listed. We had an amazing week! The house was well appointed with everything you would need and much more! The beach was so easy to get to. Activities and restaurants were close by. We will be back!

My husband and I have been staying at the Carolina beaches for over 40 years. This was one of the nicest and best equipped places we have stayed at. We will be back. The only caveat was the beaches were very crowded. Could be the location or maybe just a lot of vacationers

This house is amazing! It is perfect for our family. Plenty of space and places to sit. Great outdoor space. Plenty of parking space. Loved having the beach chairs and wagon. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can image. This is our Second year staying here. I see this becoming our forever vacation destination!

This is a great property! It's incredibly well-stocked with just about everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are gorgeous and we just loved staying here.

This was our 3rd Time staying here. The house is immaculate. I especially love the little backyard with Lots of flowers and Enough space to play yard games. They just fenced it in completely this year, Which would be a huge bonus for younger kids. The kitchen has all we need to prepare meals And it's great not to have to pack beach chairs. Just a wonderful place.

Beautiful property! Terrific communication with the owner! She was extremely quick in responding to any questions. Lots of extras! There’s a nice game on the front porch to bring everyone together for fun! Lots of books for everyone (even one to read to an infant), cards, etc! Nice community pool. (Code on fridge). The only cons (and I knew about these before hand) is that towels and linens are not included. Also there’s no starter pack, so be sure to bring plenty of toilet paper when you arrive and paper towels. Locking the side door is a little tricky. Just be sure to read the directions on the info email carefully. Thanks for a great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. Really close to the pool and the beach. The house was clean and well stocked. The decor throughout the house was super cute. Plenty of space for our family of 9. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great as well.

This house was stocked amazingly! The owners did a great job thinking of everything! Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, boogey boards. Stocked kitchen with enough of everything! Outdoor shower to rinse off. Short walk to the beach. Safe street for kids. Wonderful stay and highly recommend!

This house has a home feel to it. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Love the layout, you could be anywhere in the house and still be involved in what was going on. This house is located within in walking distance to the ocean and the pool. Love the outside shower and TV. My family will be renting this house again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The kitchen had every gadget imaginable and was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. the rooms were very clean and the house size was perfect for 3 couples and two children! Highly recommend!

This house is amazing! The owners have thoughtfully stocked it with everything you could possibly need, and it's a beautiful property with just a close walk to the beach. We hope to stay here next year!!

The house the property location were perfect. My family could not have asked for more. The property maintenance manager was great with all the communications prior to arrival and once we were there. Will definitely try and read book!
