• Summer Season: From late June through August this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

Sleeping Spaces
• Primary Suite – Private and peaceful with a king-size bed, large flat-screen TV, lots of drawer space, and a spa-style ensuite bathroom with step-in shower.
• Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed with direct access to the second full bathroom (also shared with the third bedroom).
• Bedroom 3 – Another queen-size bed, located at the front of the house for added privacy.
• Bonus Sleeping Area – Queen-size Murphy bed in the game/TV room for extra guests.

Living Spaces
• Open-Concept Den – 60 TV, gas fireplace, Bluetooth speaker, and ultra-comfy seating—perfect for movie nights or lazy mornings.
• Formal Living Room – A quieter hangout with two couches and a writing desk, flowing right into the kitchen.

Parking is available for guest use. 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage and 2 in the driveway/rock area to the right of the driveway. Please be aware the driveway is at the end of a dead end street and can be tight for larger vehicles.

The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will want to come back!

    This house is wonderful! We stayed over the labor day weekend and had the best time. Super close to restaurants, stores and beach. Plus SLO is right around the corner. Hoping to stay there again. This place is a MUST RENT if you're considering.

    We were in town for memorial day, my boyfriend and his friends had a softball tournament in morro bay. The house was beautiful and clean. Check in was very easy. The house was very big and spacious we had a lot of room for all of the couples to have their own space.
