Stayed Aug 31, 2023We had a great visit to Wilmington, made perfect with this property! The house itself was wonderful, and the swingset in the backyard - which had drawn us to the listing! - was a thrill for my toddler. You can't beat the location. Property owners were outstanding as well!

Stayed Nov 23, 2022The house was perfect for our family of four! It was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed over the holiday. Lisa and Eddie went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay, including a welcome basket with goodies and bath bombs. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 15, 2021James and Lisa were welcoming, warm, accommodating hosts! Their property is lovely and in a great, centralized location between the beach and downtown. They went out of their way to make our stay special! If we return, we will be quick to stay at their property again!

Stayed Sep 22, 2021Lisa and Eddie are awesome hosts as they always responded to me fairly quickly when I had a question. The house was clean and ideal for 4 adults and 2 toddlers, with the extra space in the backyard. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood which is perfect for a family. The drive to the beach was less than 15 mins with shopping and restaurants nearby. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet place with hosts almost always readily available for any questions, this is the place for you. They were great.
