Stayed Jun 15, 2026Just wanted someplace simple and close to the beaches and restaurants on Tybee Island, and this property was perfect.It is very small, but it had everything that we needed. We had someplace comfortable to sleep and someplace to toast bagels in the morning while sipping coffee. We did not need to drive anywhere in Tybee Island as we were walking distance to shops, restaurants, ice cream, bike rental, and the beach!While the window AC units are small, there are two of them, and they kept the cottage perfectly cool and comfortable. We didn't cook any meals, but the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils...the fridge kept the beer cold for evenings unwinding on the patio: )And the cottage was clean throughout. I would recommend to anyone looking for good value in a great location.

Stayed Apr 5, 2026The little beach cottage was great for two people. The only thing that could have been better was parking situation which required us to park on the lawn to allow access to second cottage. But that worked ok.

Stayed Dec 30, 2025The place was very easy to find, and although most of the accommodation was warm with the heaters on, it was mostly cold like ice in the bathroom in the night and in the early hours of the morning. If they can keep a heater/air conditioner in the bathroom for the seasons, it would help. Other than that, it was a very nice stay and was near everything we needed to go to. We will be back again! :)

Stayed Oct 4, 2025I would not book this particular location again. It needs updating badly. There were dead and alive palmetto bugs inside. We only had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 nights (4 adults). Kitchen silverware in drawer were not clean. Location was great though.
