Built in 1952, the property seamlessly blends classic charm with modern amenities after the recent complete renovation.

-Living Area: The inviting living room features a cozy fireplace and hardwood flooring, creating a warm ambiance for relaxation.

-Kitchen: A well-appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops, an island, hardwood floors, and French doors leading to a deck—perfect for enjoying meals with a view. The dining area can seat up to eight and is the perfect area to dine and enjoy the river views.

-Outdoor Space: Step onto the deck to take in stunning harbor views, or explore the expansive backyard that leads directly to the waterfront. The property is situated on a peaceful cul-de-sac, ensuring privacy and tranquility.


-Additional Amenities: Guests will appreciate the convenience of modern appliances including a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker as well as energy-efficient thermopane windows.

This stay made me feel right at home! The host was extremely helpful with any questions and left a great welcome basket! It snowed one night and the walk way, steps, and driveway were plowed and salted before I even left for work very early in the morning! The kitchen had every necessity one might need while cooking.

When you stay in this home, you’ll have the whole place to yourself. There is plenty of parking in the driveway, and you’ll be given a key code for secure and easy access to the home.


Other Things to Note:

Booking Policies

1. Checkout is at 10am because of the time it takes to fully prepare the house for incoming guests. Check-in is at 4pm. If we do not have same day guests, we can offer an early check-in / late check-out for up to 3 hours for $40.

2. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.

3. Dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $150 per dog per stay. Maximum of 2.

4. No smoking anything inside the house

5. Please be considerate of the neighbors. We have full-time residents all around us.

6. Please remove shoes in the house.

7. A separate rental agreement is required to be signed.
