The kitchen was amazing ! Beautiful and clean home. I spent many hours in the pool. I wish I could have gotten the pool waterfall and jets to work .

No kitschy, neon colors or plaster fish swimming on the bathroom walls here. This rental is a well-appointed, comfortable home with plenty of room for a large family that enjoys being together but also wants some personal space to find calm. The kitchen is a dream, with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal and a dining table that can seat ten people comfortably. The private pool is a wonderful place to start the day with an energizing splash or lounge after dinner. The New Wave staff is extremely responsive, accommodating and professional when issues came up. Our electric golf cart rental was delivered early and retrieved at the time we requested. The only issue we had was a slight problem with the security keypad at the front entrance and it was taken care of within an hour after we notified staff. THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO STAY!

The house was so clean and stocked with everything we needed. It’s also in a great location. New Wave Rentals are always very clean and equipped with all the amenities advertised. House is clean and very nice. Plenty of room for our group of eight. Everything we could’ve wanted or needed while we were there was provided. We had one issue with the tv in the living room and one of the bedrooms and they were out to fix it immediately. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Everything was perfect. Hot out but you would not know it either enjoying the pool or relaxing in the AC. House has perfect layout. We will visit again!

This home was amazing. It was very clean and offered many essentials beyond what most rentals offer. The location, layout of the house and the pool were just right. I would highly recommend staying at this property. My family had a great vacation while staying here. Thank you!
