The home is perfect but needs new carpet and screens on the primary bedroom doors to keep out the bugs. Our guests really loved it too.

We enjoyed our stay and loved being right on the beach. The breeze was beautiful and the house was very comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves the beach. The property manager was great with communication.

Property was clean and comfortable. Our leasing agent was very accessible for any questions and concerns. Most all our meals were cooked at the home. Enjoyed the BBQ and nice quality appliances. I woudl not recommend this place to to anyone. We were excited to stay at this place based on the pictures it looked very modern and clean. But when we checked in the only thing going for this place is the view. When we arrived this place was filthy !! Where the floors were still dusty , the rugs were not vacuumed. All the bed sheets had some type of brown or dark red stains on them, including pillow cases, which is very gross. As well as the towels are stained or dirty. There we’re ants in the bed , as well as many ants in master bedroom and downstairs on the countertops . A lot of the cookwear was dirty so we had to wash them . The master bedroom rug is stained everywhere ! Like a very old 90s condo carpet. Alll the couches had weird stains all over them and u did not want to sit there When we arrived and saw all these issues , I immediately contacted the host manager stating our issues. I will say he did go ahead and get someone to clean the place up, they vacuumed the place and washed all the floors. They bought brand new towels and bed sheets and pillow cases for each bedroom . So that helped. But checkin was at 3pm. We’re not able to go back to the house till 9pm, which in itself is a problem as anyone can imagine. We drove very far to this house and having a newborn after driving all day only to see that we couldn’t even properly check in till like 8:30pm very frustrating . All the furniture wasn’t cleaned though, and left in the condition it was.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay here was anything but luxury. When we arrived the floors were dirty and ants were in every room, countertops and bathrooms. We cooked dinner the first night and all the pots and pans had crusted food on them as well as dirty glasses. The ice maker was broken the entire time. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling with no battery (safety hazard). The master bedroom air unit was shot and it was 85 degrees in there for all 11 days we stayed. We also had a baby sleeping in there in the heat. We had to purchase ant traps and many box fans. When trying to communicate with our “emergency contact” the first day was great then by day 4 until we left we couldn’t get a hold of him for anything and had to call the real estate agency which was not helpful either. We then called the “emergency contact” on the second to last day, from another persons phone who was renting with us and he picked up and seemed shocked to hear it was essentially from the same person trying to get a hold of him all week. We received no reimbursement for the fans we purchased or ant traps. When we asked for some type of compensation for the two weeks we rented bc we slept in 85 degree heat every night we were told we would get one night free. We really understand things happen with being homeowners but the fact that we just weren’t cared about or accommodated the whole time we were there is what upsets us. They never offered to bring ice over, ant traps, or any fans for the heat in the master. One night off for compensation is just not acceptable for all the trouble we went through and for the price we paid. I would not recommend this house if you’re looking for a “luxury beach home”.
